I am writing to formally express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the handling of my personal belongings left in the refrigerator during my recent stay at your hotel. We stayed at Hilton Portland Downtown from December 23 to December 24, occupying Rooms 416 and 417. Upon checkout, a full box of prescription medications was accidentally left inside the refrigerator in one of the rooms. I want to be very clear about the nature of these items: The box was full and intact It contained injectable prescription medications, clearly medical in nature The medications were stored inside the refrigerator, not left out in the room These items were obviously not trash and are easy to identify as medical supplies Given these facts, I find it extremely concerning and unacceptable that: The items were apparently discarded or mishandled, and No attempt was made to contact me to confirm whether these medically critical items should be kept. At a minimum, I would expect hotel staff to recognize that refrigerated injectable medications are not garbage, and that such items require verification with the guest before disposal. The failure to do so reflects a serious lack of care and responsibility, especially considering the medical importance of these medications. These medications are essential for managing chronic health conditions, and their loss has caused significant distress and inconvenience. This situation could and should have been avoided with a simple phone call.

Room was nice. Maid service was non-existent. Asking for room service … they indicated we must ask for it the previous day. Even when we got… they didn’t even make the bed. Front desk was confused at checkout and tried to bill me again after I already pre-paid. Probably will not stay at Hilton again.

第一次住6號，半夜12點住宿，品質好且乾淨，我們兩人他給了我們4人房，我下次一定會在選擇6號的，而且這邊有公共空間可以使用微博爐、製冰機，可惜確定是沒有提供洗髮精沐浴乳有點可惜，然后我因為隨手拿了一條毛巾拿到最底層的，使用的時候發現毛巾有灰塵，黑黑的部分滿多的，沒有使用的毛巾我建議也是要定期換

TTài khoản kháchAre staying was very nice. The room was nice and clean and the bed was really comfortable. So when we got to the Ramada the only problem that we had was is that they didn't bother to tell us and it wasn't posted in the website that they charged a $75 deposit fee that is refundable that time that you leave. And then the other problem was more so a bigger deal so to say because me and my husband were only 10 minutes late cute breakfast they said and at that time it was 9:10 a.m. whenever their hours are posted breakfast hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 9:30am . So the lady working told us that we were too late for breakfast and toast that we missed it and there's nothing that she could do about it to help us. Keep in mind that she was cleaning up all the leftover breakfasts like the sausage and bagels and everything she put it all on the plate and then she acted like she took it to the kitchen just to watch her take the whole plate of leftover breakfast food and she threw it in the damn trash can. Now I don't understand why we can have had at least a leftover food because their hours for the breakfast were marked wrong and we were not late for breakfast as posted yet they still did not give us any thing.. now I'm pretty sure that you know there was no reason for her to be rude like that to guess who paid $80.00 for 1 night and then not even get any breakfast at all. When I saw her put the foods in the trash can after telling us we couldn't have any breakfast made me feel like I never want to stay there again because I paid $80 for one night and I didn't even get the breakfast I paid for it in my hotel stay.

KKevin AdarrAs always motel 6 welcome me with smiles and a great vibe. The room was nice and clean hot shower towels and all the bells and whistles were available in the room TV works fine I was a little early and they were able to go ahead and check me in which is a very big plus for me. I recommend that other people that are on a budget or just want to quick get away they might think of the motel 6 on Hawthorne in Salem Oregon. And the coffee was nice and hot in the morning and not watered down gave me the kick I needed to get started.

HHelly WilsonGreat location, very easy to find. Check in was smooth & quick. Room was at the back down a driveway facing the water, bridge & Riverwalk. Nice bonus to be away from street noise! Room was small but very clean & satisfactory. Mexican restaurant across the street, great place to eat, open late. Great place for a morning walk with your coffee & chance to get amazing photos on the Riverwalk. Never got a chance to check out the pool cuz of late arrival.Would definitely stay again! Better than I expected!

TTài khoản kháchIt was nice and quiet, rooms and premises were clean, vending machines and ice machines on the floors. Pool was closed and room service is on a per-request basis. Friendly and considerate staff and i felt safe stepping outside for a smoke break. The TV's are a bit laggy but it wasn't much of an issue for me. I overall enjoyed my stay.

BBecka WieseWas fine with the hotel except for the price. Booked thr room for 80.23 then got to the hotel and they said the total was 104 and some change questioned the total and they said they didn't know to call customer service then on my bank statement it said 109.and some change. Not happy about it at all.
