I requested a non-smoking room, but the room smelled like a combination of cigarette smoke and air freshener. When I walked around the room barefoot, I noticed dirt sticking to my feet. I love the walk in shower. The A/C worked well.

The hotel has a welcoming staff with spacious common spaces and rooms. The Orbit stays true to its name, playing on the theme, with colors, wall coverings, and appointments reminiscent of the early 60's when there were 7 astronauts, a Mercury program, and a new organization called NASA. It sits in the shadow of the NASA Glenn Research Center and across the street from the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. The room had a mini-fridge, microwave, K-cup coffee maker, and a nice big bathroom. The breakfast bar was well appointed with something for everyone to include an automatic pancake maker straight out of the Jetson's! I will be back.

Room was beside rail road tracks and trains going by all the time. Hard to get to sleep.

Room and service great but no shampoo, why? We had to get a room, wasn't planned so we didn't have supplies packed at least there was soap but I had dirty hair not happy about this

Very convenient and clean my children loved the pool. Not far from cedar point. Staff were nice and helpful. Good shower in our room. Some of the other guests were loud but it was real busy.

Clean Quiet, not a lot of commotion.

The front desk staff is awesome. Mary n her sister are awesome. So is the manager Mr roul. Thanx for a great experience stay

A bit noisy but the overall experience is good, the front desk is very helpful and the area is full of places to eat.
