This is one of our favourite hotels anywhere. We took our entire three generation family there from the UK a couple of years ago and this year we effectively added a two day stay onto a two week villa rental vacation just so that we could revisit the hotel and play the golf course. We did have a few complaints about two things. We visited the Italian restaurant’ Cala Bella’ and whilst we enjoyed most of our starters we didn’t really enjoy our main courses with the food feeling pre prepared and warmed up rather than fresh. We sent some back and there was no quibble about taking these off the bill but it was a disappointing dining experience. For that money in a top class hotel everything should be freshly prepared  We felt that some of the charges were excessive, a 20% service charge on a $30 self serve breakfast buffet is scandalous . Similarly $32/day for self parking felt excessive.  This was our third visit to this hotel- will there be a fourth ?

Chúng tôi đã có một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời! Dịch vụ tuyệt vời, mọi người đều rất thân thiện! Có rất nhiều hoạt động để làm tại khu nghỉ dưỡng, cho cả chúng tôi và trẻ em! Bữa sáng tự chọn của họ rất ngon, đặc biệt là quầy trứng tráng! Không thể chờ đợi để quay lại vào mùa xuân năm sau!

The hotel is far from Universal and you would need car to travel any of the parks. The shuttle service is not at all useful as they have very limited seats. We never used to get any reservation which we had to do atleast 24hours earlier (still we could never get any seats). And the timings for shuttle were really awkward as they would leave 2 hours or earlier before the parks open up. The rooms are spacious but very basic. The room service is very basic and they would not even deliver a simple disposable cups or spoons to the room. We need to go down to the reception everytime to collect it. The only advantage was that it was close to Walmart. Overall it is a decent property where you can expect very basic service linke room cleaning and nothing else.

Excellent location with a Publix supermarket just across the carpark (2 minutes walk) to get easy daily stuff or snacks. Very close to Brickell city centre. Rooms are clean and spacious with nice views. Rooftop pool is nice but can get busy at times so have to avoid peak hours. Gym is spacious with great view of the city skyline. Love this hotel and will definitely stay again!

Atendimento da recepção muito bom, atenciosos. Café da manhã basico mas com opções suficientes. Quartos ponto negativo que é tudo carpete e vidros lacrados então fica com muita concentração de pó, ideal seria remover carpete. Cama um pouco ”cansada”. Ótima localização, próximo do comércio e muito próximo da Universal. Acredito ser a melhor opção da região por conta do café da manhã que faz diferença. Serviço de limpeza passou todos os dias no quarto.

Một nơi rất đẹp với môi trường và vị trí tốt, rất an toàn và thích hợp cho chuyến du lịch của gia đình. Căn phòng chúng tôi được đặt đối diện với hồ bơi. Căn phòng hơi ẩm ướt, nhưng mọi thứ khác đều ổn.

Loại phòng khá tốt. Chúng tôi đặt hai phòng thông nhau và có một cửa nhỏ bên trong có thể mở được, rất tiện lợi. Tuy nhiên, môi trường và điều kiện vệ sinh kém, khu vực ăn uống đông đúc và có nhiều người vào giờ ăn. Khi nhận phòng, bạn sẽ được yêu cầu thanh toán phí dọn phòng, nhưng bạn cần phải đặt lịch hẹn qua điện thoại để được cung cấp dịch vụ dọn phòng. Điều này gây hiểu lầm và bạn không được hưởng dịch vụ dọn phòng xứng đáng.
