We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and liked its location. Staff are friendly and helpful and we appreciated the daily room cleaning and reset. The best feature of the hotel is that it is well situated to explore Istanbul and is about a 10 minute walk to the Sultanahmet Square where you will find many of the main attractions in Istanbul like Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. There is a tram line station very close to the hotel and it is a short walk to Sirkeci metro station. It was a good base for us as we checked out the areas across the water. It is a little far from both airports with each taking about 1.5 hours to get to but we felt the location was worth the time. The room's decor was a bit aged but charming. The beds were comfy and you can get extra pillows here. The room ran a bit warm during our stay but it was a bit noisy outside with frequent tram trains and restaurants below so we kept the window shut. They do have air conditioning and a radiator but we felt the AC wasn't worth turning on during a cool stay in December. Our neighbours were a bit noisy and it kept my wife up but I had no issues sleeping. It was moderately inconvenient when the restaurant decided to pop their new year's eve decorations at 1 in the morning. The bathroom was good and clean with good shower pressure, soft towels and we appreciated the warming rack for the towels. They provide soap and shampoo in dispensers in the shower. The breakfast was decent enough to start the day. They had enough to do a Turkish style breakfast and most options were pretty light. They had some hot items like sausage, scrambled eggs and other options that changed daily. They also had an area for cold items like cheese, labneh, yoghurt, vegetables and some cold cuts. They had a limited selection of fruit with some oranges and apples. They also had coffee, tea, juice and water. I had an early check out on my last day and they made me a nice bagged lunch to go to the airport with and have me a big can of juice which was very nice. The hotel provides bottled water for guests as well as lots of tea for in room use. The hotel has a restaurant on site and a small outdoor patio that is open for lunch, dinner and late dinner. They have some spa and massage treatments that you can book at the front desk. There are quite a few bath, restaurants, shops and other experiences nearby. People in the area are very friendly, welcoming and will invite you into their shop or restaurant...frequently.

Tiết kiệm được rất nhiều (taxi có mái che và bữa tối địa phương) so với khách sạn n*** tại sân bay IST. Chúng tôi ở phòng đôi nhìn ra toàn cảnh, khá rộng rãi và thoải mái. Có một chút tiếng ồn từ giao thông bên ngoài nhưng vẫn khá dễ chịu. Bữa sáng ngon (kiểu Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ). Nhà hàng kebab bên cạnh cũng rất ngon. Nhìn chung, đây là một lựa chọn hợp lý nếu bạn cần nghỉ qua đêm gần sân bay IST.

Great service overall

Thuận tiện và rẻ cho kỳ nghỉ gần Sân bay IST. Phòng Deluxe khá rộng rãi nên phòng tắm cũng như vậy. Vòi hoa sen tốt với nước ấm. Có ấm đun nước với 2 túi trà, 5 cái đường và 2 chai nước uống nhỏ. 2 cốc không có xích. 2 lăng lăng 250-300m gần đó và khá nhiều địa điểm ăn uống và nhà hàng. Xe buýt H-6 có sẵn mỗi nửa giờ đến / từ Sân bay TL54 sử dụng Istanbulkart

We had a change of itinerary which meant that the hotel we booked was not in the ideal location for us and meant lot of going back and forth and as we had not booked free cancellation were able to modify or cancel the booking. There are places to eat nearby and a nice high street for breakfast, food, restaurants but not any convenience stores. There is a nice promenade for a walk however its a bit of a mission to cross to the other side of the busy road due to the fence. So you have to walk over the manned bridge. From there its a 1.5hours walk to Sultanahmet. There is no hotel shuttle so the only other option to get to the main sights is by taxi. In the winter time its not as bad maybe 10 minutes to Sultanahmet and 20 minutes to Galata Tower. The hotel is actually pretty decent, clean, bar area with free biscuits, luggage area. I wasn't too keen on the requirement to insert your card in the lift to use it, it had us confused esp as no one told us. They serve nice range of food at decent prices. The room was big enough for a couple, with all the standard mod cons like kettle, shower, free WIFI and also had a convenient chair, desk and couch. It also had a free safe which was easy to use and enough storage area. Room was clean and found the bed pretty comfortable. The sea view was great, maybe a room higher up might have been better.

We stayed at this hotel for one night with my family, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable. After a long flight, Mr. Adil kindly helped us get a comfortable room where we could properly rest. The service was genuinely warm, the dinner was very good, and Mr. Adil went above and beyond by arranging a late check out, offering us coffee on the house, and even organising a private transfer service to the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Khách sạn nằm ở vị trí thuận tiện cách sân bay 15 phút, có nhiều quán cà phê, quán bán bánh mì kẹp thịt, sân hiên tuyệt vời với hookah và trung tâm mua sắm bên kia đường. Bữa sáng thì bình thường, không có đồ ăn nóng (cháo, trứng, trứng bác) nhưng mình về sớm, bữa sáng chính thức mở cửa lúc 8h, mình ăn sáng lúc 7h30, và có lẽ mình chưa ăn xong.

My room was on the 2nd floor, and I naturally carried my luggage up the stairs myself, without an elevator. The location of the hotel is excellent. Everything was working in the room. But it was very dusty, dirty, and there was a man's hair in the sink. I do not know if they cleaned up after the last guest, if they changed the bed. Every 2-3 minutes, a fire alarm goes off, which keeps you awake. I didn't catch Wi-Fi in the room. But I was at the reception. You can spend the night, but not very pleasant conditions.

The location of the hotel is excellent—just a 2 minute walk to Galata Tower. The rooms were beautifully designed and had a warm vibe that made our stay very comfortable. One of the standout features was the terrace restaurant, where we enjoyed breakfast with a stunning view of the Galata Tower. Mr Cihan, at the front desk, was very helpful and attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. The vibrant street atmosphere around the hotel added an extra charm to our stay.

Perfect area. In walking distance to the congress centre as well as Taxim Square. The rooms were very clean and all the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and ready to help us with whatever we needed! Breakfast was also very nice, freshly made and different. Would definitely highly recommend recommend this hotel and will stay again.
