Booked 3 rooms for 2 nights with my friends. Checked in late at night and saw another guest trying to get a refund for his room. One of the rooms was missing 2 towels, water bottles while the other room was missing 1 towel, but the concierge supplied it immediately upon request. My room provided both the towels, however, there was a huge tuft of hair sandwiched between the towels, probably clumped up during laundry. My shower door had also fallen off while I was closing, and I had to re-install it back onto the ledge myself. Friendly concierge and room service lady. Great location, 5 mins walk to the center. Parking was limited, please speak to the concierge to allocate space for your car.

Great price for a wonderful stay. The room comes with balcony, the staff helped to bring our luggages upstairs, the room is clean and comfortable. Just to set some expectation, they didnt provide mineral bottle at the room so perhaps you may want to ask for water upfront in case you need it or in case you don't have any. Breakfast was great (as per pic). They served big breakfast by room. We enjoyed hot air balloon view during our breakfast. The hotel is very near to Hierapolis and Travertine too. My stay at Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel was nothing short of wonderful! The staff set the tone with a warm welcome, offering refreshing drinks and fruits upon our arrival. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, enhancing our overall experience. Given the advice about tap water, the hotel took extra care to provide us with an abundance of bottled drinking water, completely free of charge. The attention to detail continued with a breakfast that exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options. During check-out, the staff demonstrated their commitment to excellent service once again. They not only assisted in booking a taxi but also gifted us a lovely souvenir—a Pamukkale magnet—a thoughtful touch that added a special touch to our departure. In summary, Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel surpassed my expectations with its friendly staff, generous amenities, and a commitment to making every guest feel valued. We booked the hotel for pamukkale. We take shuttle bus from airport directly to hotel. The room is amazing! Clean and new The reception is very helpful and friendly We missed the breakfast but we tried the set meal at dinner time. The food in restaurant is very nice with low price. You can ask staffs to help you call taxi to airport and pamukkale if out of service hour

До курорта Памукале, на такси 7 мин. До базара с кафешками и лавками 15 мин пешком. В отеле нам предложили upgrade номера без доплаты👍 спасибо! Номера не новые, но главное это то, что отель стоит на краю деревни, и вам открываются великолепные виды на долину с ее закатами. Отель весь в зелени и постоянно поют птицы. Мы останавливались на 2 ночи, больше там делать нечего, если вы конечно не любитель отдыха у бассейна в горах.

The hotel is really nice. Hotel room was worth the price. We are on road trip and we had a good stop this hotel is right below pamukale in the busy street full of restaurants Owner was really warm and welcoming.

土耳其爺爺雖然不會英語但卻表現很熱情 房間是比較老 但是這份熱情讓我很開心 而且有大陽台可以曬太陽🌞距離汽車站火車站2km還是比較方便的！去棉花堡一日遊可以考慮入住
