Our experience with this beach resort is really far from what we were expecting. First of all, the staff there did not even show a single sign of hospitality. The moment we got there, we were standing for almost a minute looking for the person in charge, only to find them sitting at the table watching us with no expression and then just asked us the name on the booking, which I found rude and really not the right way of welcoming a guest. Second of all, we originally booked a family room with two double decks, but what was given to us was two double decks and one single bed. They could've informed us of the sudden change and we would surely understand, but no—we just knew it the moment we got inside the room. There are other things that were not informed to us, like the usage of the refrigerator. We were not informed that the refrigerator is for sharing. The ref was already full and they still wanted us to share it. They could've informed us in the first place so we would leave room. We paid 250 per night for ref usage, which I found outrageous. There are things I want to add that I did not like, like the rope they set up to put your wet clothes near where the table is placed, and it is not really ideal since clothes are dripping everywhere, especially on the table. The faucet is something they did not even give time to replace, and I found it disgusting. Every time I have to touch the faucet, I feel a greasy feeling and an unpleasant smell. Nevertheless, the price is quite cheap and affordable, and the beach is only a few steps away. I just hope they train their staff to be more hospitable and teach them proper manners, because even until the time we left the resort, no one showed up to say goodbye or thank us for our stay. We simply left as if nothing had happened.

Bang for the bucks. It has all you need as a traveler. Its budget friendly offers comfortable stay near key locations in bataan. Very clean, good wifi and TV. Common CR but clean. The pillow and sheets are clean i just have 1 concern. We booked the loft type. Whenever i move in bed the wood frame has creeking noise. I cant get to CR and get back without the creeking noise. But overall it was a nice stay. Will book again but another type of room maybe.

This is the 2nd time I booked my stay at Prime Asia Hotel and they are consistent - clean rooms and a comfortable place to stay indeed. You get your money’s worth. I know that for every visit I will be doing in Pampanga, I will book my hotel here and I would recommend this to my relatives and friends. One thing I appreciate is the guards check and confirm what room the guests go to. They call the room and confirm if we expect a visitor. Even as they leave, they confirm it. An excellent modern hotel in a prime location in central Subic opposite Ayala Mall where plenty of shops and eateries may be found. It’s new so there were some teething problems with the soft opening but we can attest to the first-rate courtesy and professionalism of its lovely staff. Probably best to wait a while longer for the full range of amenities (pool is not yet ready etc). The rooms are excellent for the price and beds comfy, showers modern, excellent Wi-Fi and TV options. Will certainly stay here again. Far and away the best place to stay in Subic Bay Area.

It's a Red Planet. They are all pretty much the same. Nothing fancy but it is clean, the bed is comfy, and the shower is decent. That's all you really need. NOTE: It is quite a bit cheaper to book on the app as opposed to their cash price.

Super cozy and clean. This is a highly recommended unit for a hassle-free staycation. Amenities are complete, and the place is just as advertised in the photos. Too bad we couldn't access the swimming pool and the beach area because the pool was closed and there was no water.

Fantastic Location. Friendly staff. Well constructed. Pristine area many things to see. Drove had my own car that made it very easy to get around. This is not my first visit to this hotel. Will come back again. They have fixed their internet which was the only challenge for me now I can stay there longer.
