Spent five nights here at around Easter time, visiting my relatives living nearby. Hotel is a hidden gem - really beautiful, ancient, quiet; with magnificent panoramic view of Rome, esp at night. Staff are all very nice, friendly and provide help whenever required. Breakfast is fine, not much in variety but for me it's good enough. will certainly come again when I next visit Rome/grottaferrata.

The hotel was overall clean and well-maintained. Its central location is a big plus, as it's close to the historic city and within walking distance of Termini train and metro station. There are plenty of nearby spots to grab something to eat, which is convenient. Breakfast was simple but well-organized, and the staff kept it well-stocked throughout the morning. The staff were friendly and welcoming. One downside of the room was that there was only one power outlet, which I found surprising for a double room. I would expect at least two outlets in such a setup. Another letdown was the advertised laundry room, which unfortunately didn’t exist during my stay. Overall, it was a good experience, but I personally expected a bit more from a four-star hotel.

Fantastic hotel. They gave us a free upgrade and honestly the room was lovely. The location is perfect with lots of shops and restaurants around 2 minute walk and it’s near a lot of the tourist attractions too. The hotel was very clean and the room service was fast with any response. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone considering rome, it was our first trip and the hotel was amazing. Clean, reasonably priced and the location was perfect.

The hotel is well-located, very close to Roma Trastevere regional train station and a tram line. There is free breakfast if you sign up with their loyalty program for staying at B&B hotels the first time. Room layout is pretty awkward though; narrow hallways, little space for luggage, and no conditioner in the bathroom. There is only a generic hair and body wash. No face towels either and no hanging rack for hand towels. It’s definitely a bang for your buck, all things considered.

EElva LuoLa stanza è pulita, le persone sono molto accogliente, colazione buona! Il hotel è antico ma hanno curato bene, dentro il bagno della stanza trova il spazzolino da denti, dentifricio, sapone, eccetera. Non c'è il mini bar. La notte è molto silenziosa. La zona vicino al Università, ci sono i ristoranti, bar, supermercati, molto facile da aggiungere anche al l'autobus, metro. Ottimo qualità- prezzo, vi consiglio!

TTài khoản kháchLocation is quite convenient. Around 13mins walk from Rome Termani Station, where the main trains depart from/arrive into, and where the airport shuttle buses are located. Close to multiple bus stops that takes you to the Colosseum, Pantheon, Tiber Island and other key attractions, and within walkable distance to Villa Borghese Gallery. There are a few restaurants that open till late night in the area and mini-supermarkets as well in the neighborhood. It's quiet and isn't noisy. Hotel has a lift that takes you up to your room, a locked room for storing baggage, and only a few stairs at the entrance so accessibility is good. Single room size is decent, with windows, and toilet with stand shower and stable hot water that doesn't fluctuate in temperature and good drainage, no leakage. Recommendation for the hotel to provide some more toiletries and basic amenities besides shower cap, as there are nothing else in the room. No hot water boiler, no hairdryer, no slippers. And I had to ask reception for blankets because housekeeping forgot to put new ones back onto the shelf. Staff is helpful and was able to give me the blankets I requested efficiently, which is clean and wrapped in plastic, so kudos for the hotel for having good hygiene. There is a fridge and a mini safe box though which is a plus. Cleanliness is above average, ventilation and air con/heating are also good. Overall room is good value for money, and is big enough for you to open a 28inches+ luggage fully. Check-in process is also speedy, WiFi is reliable.

TTài khoản kháchFantastic village, beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. Train station is around a 30 minute walk from the village where you can get cheap trains to Rome and the airport. Great place to get a good night’s rest and good value too. I stayed there between flights so it was convenient as it is only 1 hour 15 minutes by train to the airport. There are restaurants, plenty of toilets and even a shuttle bus. I didn’t use any of these services because I just needed to sleep but there are lots of amenities. I stayed in a basic room which had 2 beds, table, light and power socket. That’s all you need. There is a heater and blankets for when it gets cold. A generous amount of toilet paper is also provided which can be used in the shared toilets. Staff are friendly. All in all a great place to stay!

TTài khoản kháchVery nice hotel and close to Roma Termini. Very quick checking everything on line, using their own wifi. The room was extremely clean, and the bathroom was very roomy. I travel a lot for business, for short stays, so for me it was perfect. It also had a nespresso machine! The area around the termini is very busy and lots of nice restaurants. Despite what some say, I felt very safe. If you eat, try the lamp chops Roma style in La Pergola restaurant around the corner from Numa Linea. Enhoy!

I booked the Basic Single Room and it was very spacious and comfortable for single travelers. The price may seem high but the location, service, and safety makes up for it. There is a police presence outside the hotel as your right by the Parliament adding a sense of safety throughout the day. The front desk was very helpful and respectful at check in and check out. If I ever come back to Rome and it’s in my budget I will definitely highly consider staying here again.
