When we arrived, it was a little difficult to find the building, because there was no sign of Lucky Hostel in the lobby. However a very persistent man outside, insisted that the building with sign “El otel”, is the correct building. We trust him and we entered. Another problem, it looked like to use the elevator to 4th floor, we must have access card. We wait for about 5 minutes and fortunately there was a man came down, and we asked his help to tap on the elevator using his card. Other than that, my husband & I were happy to stay in this hostel. Our room was so big and with sofa too!! Staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. Hot shower was very pleasant in cold morning. And we were very happy that the staff allow us to put our luggage while we were away to Luxor. We stay for total of 4 nights and we were allowed again to put our luggage while we went shopping, because our flight was in the middle of the night.

公寓坐落在一個高級小區，附近有CFC Mall，生活方便舒適，安保嚴格。 房間2室3衞2廳1廚，3人出差居住還可以，設施齊全好用，隔天有清潔人員上門打掃衞生。 要注意的是公寓網上協助自助辦理入住和退房，沒有前台/庫房存放行李，有這個需求的朋友慎重。而且攜程上留的聯繫電話打不通，實際聯絡我的是另一個電話號碼。這兩點建議公寓改善下。此次辦理入住的時候因為聯繫不上公寓確認能否早於下午3點入住（至少打了10個電話），也不知道公寓不設前台、不能寄存行李，提前過去了，死等了5個小時，還是門衞保安隊比較靈活幫忙看了下行李讓我們去吃飯，否則真的要寫個大差評，這一點希望公寓能改進：要不在攜程強調沒有寄存服務，且保證服務電話能聯絡上，要不就開設寄存服務。 除了辦理入住的時候非常不愉快，居住期間一切都還可以，客服人員基本半小時內回覆，效率高，退房也方便。

افضل خدمه من حيث سرعة الإستجابه لأي طلب بالإضافة الى النظافه والإهتمام بالخدمات وكذلك حسن الإستقبال وخصوصا من الأخ مهاب في قسم الإستقبال ويمتاز جميع الموظفين بالمهنية والرقي في التعامل ولا شك بأن الفورسيزون نايل بلازا من افضل فنادق القاهره

Khách sạn tuyệt vời. Phòng ngủ rất đẹp. Nhân viên rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Tầm nhìn từ tầng bốn thật ngoạn mục. Vị trí tuyệt vời. Giá cả rất hợp lý.
