Vị trí của nhà nghỉ rất tuyệt vời, chỉ cách ga tàu điện ngầm năm phút đi bộ, rất thuận tiện để đến các điểm tham quan và khu mua sắm gần đó, và tôi cảm thấy an toàn khi trở về nhà vào ban đêm. Phòng rất ấm cúng, thể hiện sự chú ý đến từng chi tiết của chủ nhà; đồ nội thất mềm mại tinh tế và trang nhã, hoàn hảo để chụp ảnh. Chăn ga gối đệm sạch sẽ và thoải mái, tôi ngủ rất ngon, và phòng tắm thì sạch bong. Các sản phẩm vệ sinh cá nhân đều là hàng hiệu, điều này khiến tôi rất yên tâm khi sử dụng.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite on a high floor with an extra bed for the kids. Room was spacious and well laid out and didn't feel cramped at all even with the extra bed inside. Breakfast was decent. Nothing too fancy but the noodle station was really good and we went back for it every morning. The indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi were great, we spent quite a bit of time there. My husband checked out the gym and said it was well equipped. What really made our stay was Cindy Ye from guest relations. I asked about visiting the local morning market and she suggested we take the bus and BRT instead of a taxi. Ended up being a really fun experience using local transport, and it only took us about 30 mins to get there. Really appreciated that she took the time to explain the route to us. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We arrived in Wuyi city in the morning after leaving Hangzhou, and the hotel staff kindly arranged an early check-in for us. They even provided teas and welcome fruits and kindly explain how to get the entrance of Wuyi mountain from XIAOWU, which was incredibly helpful. But above all, the hotel itself was the highlight. It was spotless and easily the most memorable place we stayed during our 10-day trip in China. The room was very clean and we were received with a great hospitality. The rooms are set up in a luxurious way like a classy hotel. Although it is not a state-of-the-art hotel like big cities, it provides optimized design and five-star hotel services for Mt. Wuyi travel. If I visit Wuyi mountain again with my parents in the future, I’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality!

TTài khoản kháchWe were greeted on arrival at the hotel and were told of the free upgrade to a better room for our 5 night stay. The room is spacious and has a bath tub in the room where you can enjoy soaking and watching TV at the same time. The bath tub is also useful for hanging your wet clothing after washing (see picture). The other special features of this hotel is good communication through WeChat. They specially create a WeChat group for you to communicate with all their service staff. I asked the hotel to book me a car taking us to the railway station and also for help to change the tv channel and got response immediately. In general the service is excellent and very generous in giving away bottle water and snacks. We enjoy our stay here and hope to come here again in the near future.

TTài khoản kháchAs it wasn't a busy time and we were staying for a whole week, on check they upgraded us to the Wooden Loft Family Room, which was quite nice. The room was comfortable with big windows and a nice view across the stream to the forest. It was great to have a washing machine and the washing machine had a dryer function as well so we could still dry our clothes when it was cloudy and cool. The smart toilet was a bit disappointing as the controller wasn't very responsive and the flush was very weak. The tub was nice though the water was not quite hot enough to make it comfortable. Most of all we enjoyed the courtyard area and the breakfast/restaurant area, especially the tea room. They are really well designed and organized and provide a nice space to relax and read and write. The breakfast was quite nice, they provide a serving size based on the number of people, though it was often not enough for us and we normally asked for another serving. They also brought a fruit and yogurt platter to the room in evenings which we also enjoyed. The location is convenient to walk down to the Yuchanglou Tulou in Xiabancun, though part of the way will be on the main road which can be busy with traffic. To get to other areas such as Tianluokeng and Taxiacun it is also possible to walk, though again sometimes you have to walk on the main road as there is no walking path or small side road. There is a tourist bus service that goes between the scenic spots and you can even flag them down in between though you are supposed to have purchased a transportation ticket first and that is not striaghtforward to get if you didn't get it in advance. So, most guests come with their own car or rent one. If arriving by train, while trip.com shows the Yongding and Longshan railway stations as the closest, actually the quickest and most convenient station is the one at Nanjing. Also, because the hotel is within the scenic area you do need to purchase tickets to enter, either online tickets or paper tickets at the gate.

TTài khoản kháchThe staff were extremely friendly and attentive, even before my arrival. They tried to contact me in advance, but as a foreign guest, I do not have a Chinese phone number. It would be more convenient if the hotel could ask for guests’ WeChat IDs through the Trip.com messenger instead. Upon arrival, the staff created a WeChat group and added me in, which turned out to be very helpful. Through the group, they assisted with all kinds of questions, such as recommended places to visit, how to rent an e-bike, and where to eat nearby. The responsiveness and service were excellent. The room was awesome — very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and the view was fantastic. I also really loved the projector screen in the room, which allowed me to watch WeTV shows and other content. It made relaxing in the room even more enjoyable. The hotel provides e-bike rentals, which is a great feature. However, I was personally under-geared for the weather. It rained the day before, and the entire day was cloudy with temperatures around 11°C. The sea breeze was very strong and cold, especially when riding the e-bike with the wind blowing directly at you. Proper winter gear is definitely needed in such conditions. If the hotel could provide glove and jacket rentals, that would be an amazing improvement. In the evening, the staff even brought a small gift to the room. The gift was thoughtful and practical, and I really liked it — it was a warm and welcoming gesture that made the stay feel extra special. Breakfast was okay. Guests are seated on Level 2, and the meal is served to the table. As I come from a place where some Chinese do not consume beef, it would be great if there were options such as chicken or beef. That said, the beef noodles were actually very good. The Western-style breakfast, however, was quite average.

The hosts – the Father, Mother, and their Son – are the soul of this place. They are incredibly friendly and go so far above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and special. The Son was our main point of contact and coordinated everything for us with great patience. He arranged our visit to the magnificent 振成楼 (Zhencheng Lou, the ”Prince of Tulou”), with Mother sharing fascinating stories about its history that you won't find in guidebooks. But where this family truly shines is in their genuine care. As overseas visitors, we were completely unfamiliar with local transportation and booking systems for our next destination. The Son sat down with us, helped us navigate the Chinese online systems, booked our train tickets, and gave us detailed instructions for the rest of our journey. He spent a significant amount of his own time to ensure we were set up for success, which was a gesture we will never forget. The homestay itself is a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable. Decent simple home-cooked breakfast with the family was priceless. In summary: · Hospitality: Unmatched. The family's kindness is the #1 reason to stay here. · Authenticity: A true Tulou living experience. · Convenience: Perfect location for exploring the nearby Tulou clusters. · Value: Worth every penny for the personal service and care. This homestay can grab Didi anytime.The shop Opposite hotel is 老字号马蹄酥&黄衍明口腔科 as later i will put picture for ur reference. Then u follow the signboard go in the alley then can find the homestay. The owner of this homestay is super helpful and friendly. As my luggage damage in airport, owner help me to get a new luggage online and get it just within a day. The homestay even provide us disposable towel ,face towel , tooth brush and tooth paste everyday. And no need worry about shampoo and body shampoo too. Hassle free and can bring less item if u stay in this homestay. The hotel location is great to grab breakfast and supper too. Some within walking distance restaurant I will put in photo. And 小白车u can take from this homestay to many travel attraction just rmb 2. All in all, this homestay is good value for money and i would like say thank you to the owner of this homestay for the pleasant stay during my trip.
