This hotel is very clean and the location is close to all the main attractions. The facilities is good, I was able to use their swimming pool and other entertainment facilities. I would staying in this hotel again next time in Ottawa.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best short stays I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The host was absolutely amazing — extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire stay. They answered all of my questions quickly, even after I had already checked in, which made the whole experience feel very smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and genuine care. The view was simply stunning. I loved the beautiful water view — waking up and seeing the water right outside was such a peaceful and memorable experience. It truly elevated the entire stay. The unit itself was spotless and exceptionally clean. You can tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Everything felt fresh, organized, and very well taken care of. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it so convenient to prepare our own dinner. Having a proper kitchen setup really makes a difference, especially for a comfortable and relaxed night in. The location is another huge plus. The area is fantastic — so many restaurants and bars within walking distance, and even grocery stores nearby. Being able to walk everywhere made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this place is a solid 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place to stay downtown. Truly a five-star experience!

Đối với tiền đặt cọc nhà ở, tôi đã đặt phòng bằng tên của chồng và tôi. Quầy lễ tân nói rằng tên của hai người cần được đặt cọc hai lần, tức là. chưa từng có. I took my kids to the hotel for a treat to get together and right in my hallway at 4am we got woken up by yelling and screaming they did kick them out but I was nervous and to he woken up like that was not necessary and when I told the front desk people they just said o they left but still it was not enjoyable and to get nothing for compensation I paid my money to go have a good night and that was not a good time I thought they could of said o come back on us or give me half off the next room something would of been appreciated

The hotel is very close to the train station, 12 min walk. Room had a very comfortable bed but was a little cramped. Bathroom was ok. The only negative was the in room tv local channels must have been streamed, and were unwatchable due to the constant streaming refresh. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Would use again.

The place was perfect for what we needed. They gave us a joining room. We had 2 adult’s, one senior and 5 kids. We needed a stop over on our way to the north. Plus all the staff were friendly.

With a good welcome and excellent room service. A hotel even with the signs of age but very well maintained. An acceptable breakfast buffet. The only unacceptable charge is the parking fee of 28$ per night (I don't see why with a hotel 30mn from the downtown).

We enjoyed our stay, phenomenal view, great food and the perfect location. The staff was polite and welcoming.
