The hotel is well located, with easy access to the beach. Unfortunately the room itself was very small, especially for the price being charged. Breakfast was also limited. Service at the hotel was good though. Good food available 24/7 via room service. Had an amazing mutton bunny at 1am that really hit the spot!!!

Gần khu mua sắm, bến xăng, 5 phút lái xe đến bãi biển, gần bãi biển hơn, gần bãi biển cũng có nhà hàng nơi bạn có thể ăn uống toàn bộ có view bãi biển, Bãi biển Toti. nó cũng gần hơn Đến Galleria Mall. Nơi này quá dốc nên hãy sẵn sàng cho ... Đồ ăn của họ rất ngon, chúng tôi đã ăn tối ở nhà hàng họ tên Giorgios nhưng tôi phải nói nó đắt tiền. Không chắc về bữa sáng và bữa trưa của họ. Nhân viên và lễ tân chỉ là ok. Tôi đã yêu cầu họ thêm giường trẻ em cho một đứa trẻ và khi đến họ nói với chúng tôi rằng phòng cửa hàng đóng cửa vì chúng tôi đến lúc 6 giờ chiều nên đã quá muộn. Sau đó chúng tôi yêu cầu họ cho chúng tôi ít nhất một cái ga trải giường hay bất kỳ áo nào để chúng tôi có thể làm một kế hoạch cho con trai của chúng tôi, họ nói ok nhưng không bao giờ tỏ ra, không, thậm chí không trở lại với chúng tôi để nói gì có thể làm vấn đề. Chúng tôi hỏi lại vào ngày hôm sau, họ mất 4 tiếng để mang theo ga trải giường. Một điều tôi có thể nói là họ không nghe và nghe có nghĩa là bạn được tôn trọng công việc và khách hàng của mình. Tôi bay từ nước ngoài để nghỉ ngơi và có một khoảng thời gian tuyệt vời và đã đối xử với mình từ họ có spar nhưng cuối cùng tôi đã hủy kế hoạch cho spa vì tôi không muốn thêm những điều bất ngờ. Còn lại tôi thậm chí không muốn nói ... và đó là trải nghiệm của tôi sau khi trả rất nhiều Tiền và mong được một kỳ nghỉ tốt 😌 nhưng ...

I recently had the pleasure of having my parents stay at this incredible hotel, and I must say, their experience was absolutely exceptional! From the moment they arrived, they were treated to five-star magic with impeccable service, helpfulness, and reliability. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make their stay unforgettable. Their room was absolutely beautiful, clean and what a breathtaking view of the ocean! Truly amazing and relaxing stay - a home away from home in an abundance of excellence! The sound of the ocean and balcony view was one of many highlights that made this stay truly unforgettable! The food was exquisite, with dinner and breakfast being another highlight of their stay. But what truly made their experience special was the attention to detail and the way the hotel celebrated their anniversary in grandeur. The gifts, chocolates, flowers, and balloons were a lovely touch that made the occasion truly unforgettable. My parents were blown away by the hotel's excellence and the staff's dedication to providing a memorable experience. They left with lifelong memories and can't wait to return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay. Five stars isn't enough – this hotel deserves a glowing review!

It was a last minute reservation for our anniversary and was very nice and comfortable for short notice at 10:45pm arrival. We stayed here 18 months ago when we first came to South Africa. I recommend this hotel for stays. USA couple.

Anew Hotel has the best staff, amazing pool, wonderful landscape, and location. They are close to KFC, steers, fishaways- however the hotel itself makes the most delicious food and desserts. Thami , Sbo and Giraad were always helpful and did their best to welcome us and make us comfortable. Our room- 100A ( separate from the main hotel, which was amazing as it had the view of the garden and our own parking and space), did noy have wifi coverage. We had to walk to the hotel itself for network. If you do not have data or an SA Sim card,this can be an issue. We did the following activities which were all in a 20 to 30 min close vicinity of the hotel. 1. Big 5 Safari at Hluhluwe Game Reserve 2. Emdoneni Wildcat cat Sanctuary 3. False Bay 4. Bayete Elephant Interaction This was the best time of our lives as we thoroughly enjoy wildlife and the outdoors. Thank you Anew Hotel. We will be back !!

First the positives: the location is very beautiful, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, and the staff are friendly. I was able to order dinner at the restaurant which was tasty. The location is also safe. Cons: this BnB serves as a wedding venue (which is exquisite); however, the BnB should not allow private individuals to book a room if there is a wedding going on. I chose this BnB to be close to the airport but didn’t get a wink of sleep as the wedding party carried on into the early hours and the rooms were not soundproof at all. I especially booked this BnB as it advertised that it had an airport shuttle. However, I was disappointed to learn that actually the BnB itself does not do this - they call a shuttle service which charges a ridiculous R600 for a 20 minute ride to the airport!
