Các khách sạn tuyệt vời tập trung ở khu vực dọc sông Chicago, không có người vô gia cư và môi trường rất sạch sẽ. Có rất nhiều nhà hàng mở xung quanh khách sạn 4. Phòng tập rất rộng và có cơ sở vật chất tốt. Có khu vực nghỉ ngơi nơi bạn có thể tụ tập và trò chuyện. Tầm nhìn từ cửa sổ của trung tâm thể dục trên tầng 43 rất tuyệt vời. Máy lọc nước có cả nước nóng và nước đá. 5. Có một nhà hàng ở tầng dưới, nơi bữa sáng gọi món có giá cả phải chăng và ngon miệng. 6. Bạn có thể đi bộ đến nhiều nơi mà không cần đi xe. Có xe buýt n*** trước cửa nhưng tôi chưa bắt. Nếu bạn sử dụng phương tiện giao thông công cộng ở Chicago, bạn nên mua vé hàng ngày với giá 5🔪. Bạn có thể sử dụng tàu điện ngầm, đường sắt và xe buýt 24 giờ một ngày.

We had nice stay. Hotel is closer to Chicago airport as well. Near by 7/11. Couldn’t try food there but over great experience. Will definitely visit again.

Location is good especially 5mins walk to the Grand subway station and it’s in the Shopping Loop. Room facilities is not that good, hair blower plug is shaky unable use. Towels not provided as per paid occupants. Need to request. Unable to do the make up for ladies as the Sensor entrance light is too dim.

Good Location and service, for business and other applications

The free breakfast is not a full buffet but a choice of egg and then usually fried potato and beefburger patty or slices of sausage. the rest was tiny yoghurt and bread for toast, or make your own waffles. there is tea coffee and hot chocolate. There was cereal and porridge but sometimes it is made so thin that its not worth eating. There is no tea in the room, just coffee. The machine had a disposable tray but they ran out so I used the same one for 9 days for tea and coffee (i got teabags from the breakfast room). Housekeeping never supplied what you asked for first time, or even second. If you want something and ask at 2pm, you will get it if you chase a couple of times afterwards by 9-10pm. There was also alot of messing about with respect to check out time. I am a member of the loyalty programme which is meant to give you an automatic late checkout. The manager gave it to me but then when I went back to ask about extending it further for a fee, it was clear the other guy behind the counter was on a power trip and the day before started saying I shouldnt have got it and as it was the manager, he wouldnt withdraw it but he could and I should only get an hour and be charged $25/hr after that etc. He was just a mean spiteful man who saw an opportunity to cause worry and distress and he did it. I had luggage to store and it was a late flight so I had to know whether to pack to store it to check out at midday, or 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 (they were messing me about with all times) but this is why I gave a 1 star for service. It is not at all professional but childish and spiteful. I had arranged the extended checkout days before and the day before they were messing me about when I had to pack and had a schedule of things to do? The worst service in any hotel I have ever been in. Hilton is no longer a 5 star experience it seems. 1 star for service.

Had a roach dead in the bathroom. Amd they charge to park in the premises. Im already paying to stay there so why should i pay to park my car.
