This place was clean and neat and the meals were delicious. The staff was very kind and attentive. The bathroom was nice, the lobby was nice. The bed was a little stiff for American tastes but more comfortable than most here in Japan. This place had its own chic style that I appreciated. They went out of their way to accommodate my dietary needs.

Beautiful Onsen hotel. Visiting a friend at Yuda Onsen, and chanced upon Onn. Japanese standard of service and cleanliness, price is reasonable as well. I love how i could visit the onsen as many times I want. For those who are too shy, you can book one of the two private onsen rooms for ¥3500 per hr which is pretty reasonable in my opinion. Free flow of coffee at the coffee machine at the reception. Too many great things at this hotel to be written in a few words. Only downside would be the really tiny rooms but most Japanese hotels are tiny anyway.

Phòng nhỏ, chỉ đủ rộng để mở một vali 24 inch. Giường hơi cứng, gối mềm và xẹp. Có sẵn gối dự phòng (cả cứng và mềm) ở sảnh, nhưng chúng có mùi thuốc lá gần phòng hút thuốc. Phòng rất sạch sẽ và gọn gàng. Khách quen có thể dùng nam châm trên cửa để báo hiệu nếu cần dọn dẹp phòng vào ngày hôm sau. Nếu không, khăn tắm và túi rác mới sẽ được treo trên tay nắm cửa. Bữa sáng khá ổn, nhưng thực đơn ít hơn so với bữa sáng ở khách sạn thông thường. Đủ để bạn no bụng, nhưng bạn có thể cân nhắc các lựa chọn khác. Nhìn chung, kỳ nghỉ khá thoải mái!

My flight arrival on the early morning, and reached the hotel around 13.45-14.00. And I wanna leave luggages at the room and hope to hurry to visit another sightseeing on afternoon. But actually the hotel ignore early check-in, so I must paid 1000 yen for nothing to do at the room. I think the hotel don’t get any good mindset to traveler and don’t have any flexible about the rule of conditions. Traveling at japan disappoints and more getting tired to understand their service mind.
