the call center in Egypt were very rude hang up on me , the second call to confirm reservation they are unhelpful and took them 18 min to confirm simple thing they kept me on hold for simple thing, they were unhelpful without any knowledge about hotel booking and rooms one of our rooms 631 a/c was not working very disappointed with hilton this time to be fair, the reception disk T HILTON aqaba were very nice and helpful and tried to compensate us

We had a very bad experience during check in. Despite explaining that we were very tired & hungry (as it's already almost 8 in the evening), and we just need to check in immediately & have dinner; the staff at the reception denied our confirmed & paid reservation at trip.com. The staff knew that we were very tired, and we even offered to guarantee reservation with our credit card (just so we get the room & can have dinner); but he insisted to keep us waiting until he can get the response from trip.com. After waiting for so long, he said that still no responses from trip.com and he just asked us to wait forever. I got really upset after a long argument with him; and i have to strongly argue with him to give us room & we paid with our credit card for a new reservation. WE NEED A ROOM! I showed him the amount I paid for the Seaview Room charged in USD. (I just realised the next day that he charged me the wrong amount instead of calculating it to USD amount with the correct convertion). So i was charged a wrong amount as I was too tired to check how much he charged me. After a long argument & waiting, he finally gave me the room key; and said sorry for the waiting. They said that they will upgrade the room as an apologies. Just when we were in the room, I found out that they DID NOT upgrade the room. That's exactly the room I booked at trip.com; just I had to pay again with my credit card with a much higher rate! I was to tired to argue with the staff, so I no longer care after calling them saying they didn't upgrade us! This staff didn't even try to change the room; after we said this is not an upgrade. We PAID for this room category at trip.com. Nobody apologies for these so many mistakes from the staffs or management. When we checked out, the manager asked me how was our stay? He was not even aware that WE HAD ISSUES that they denied our paid & confirmed booking! Trip.com finally settled this issue with the hotel, and the hotel returned our overpaid credit card charged. Trip.com apologies a few times, they made many efforts to call us a few times. But the hotel & the management acting as if nothing happened! Is this really how a 5 stars hotel service? Luxury what? They treated us like a homeless person begging for room! So UNACCEPTABLE! I have never experienced staying in a 5 stars hotel with such a BAD service like this! This is the worst in our history of travel! This place must keep their act together! Learn hospitality BETTER! Overall, we were very disappointed, & this place is far from Luxury Collection, it's a CHEAP collection!

Hôtel magnifique proche du centre ville mais il n’y a pas grand chose à y faire. L’hôtel est un havre de paix où vous êtes coupé du monde, vous vous habillez comme vous le souhaitez ce qui n’est pas forcément le cas à l’extérieur. La plage privée est petite, dommage qu’on ne puisse accéder aux autres hôtels (des murs délimitent les hôtels) Petite zone de baignade du fait que tous les bateaux passent à proximité. Pour un 5* les rideaux troués c’est moyen. Sinon tout le reste est top. Le buffet du petit dej est immense et varié. Les restaurants en revanche sont chers et pas top par rapport à la qualité en centre ville. Ils auraient dû créer un resto en self comme le matin.

Our stay at Shaheen Camp was an incredible experience, even though we were transferred to Hasan Zawaideh Camp due to the low season. Since the camps are next to each other, and likely have the same owners, the transition was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed upon arrival. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff made sure we felt at home, offering delicious tea, traditional dance, and live music, creating a truly immersive Bedouin experience. The variety of tours and activities they provided allowed us to explore the breathtaking landscapes of Wadi Rum in an unforgettable way. The food was outstanding—authentic, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every meal felt like a special occasion, adding to the magic of our stay. The only minor point for improvement was the bed setup, as it was made up of two single beds combined, but honestly, this was such a small detail compared to the overall incredible experience we had. If you’re looking for a welcoming, authentic, and memorable stay in Wadi Rum, I highly recommend Shaheen and Hasan Zawaideh Camp. I would gladly return for another unforgettable adventure!

We really enjoyed our stay at UFO Luxotel. One thing to note is that the hotel is not within the Wadi Rum protected area, so it is about 5 minutes drive to the main gate. The hotel does have some partnership with the local bedouins who can take you on a desert or camel tour, but it is better to liaise with the local bedouin on your own. The bubble tents are really nice, made of plastic, comes with a standing shower, washbasin and a comfortable bed. There is air conditioning inside the tent. Outside the tent, there is a hammock and some chairs. At night, the weather in the desert can get quite cold so we enjoyed the special fur blanket provided in the room. There was a stargazing photography course but we did not sign up for it. The food was absolutely delicious, from the dinner with local dishes and underground baked lamb, to the breakfast buffet. Since our tent was quite far from the entrance, there was a buggy to send us to our room. But on the day of the checkout, after calling reception, the buggy took a bit longer than expected. Overall we enjoyed our stay in the desert in these luxury tents, and the price was affordable.

Vì chúng tôi có Thẻ Jordan Pass, nên chúng tôi phải đến trung tâm du khách để kiểm tra và đóng dấu vé, sau đó nói với người đàn ông đội mũ tên khách sạn chúng tôi đang ở, và ông ấy sẽ hỏi số điện thoại của chúng tôi vì có rất nhiều khách sạn… May mắn thay, ông ấy liên lạc được n*** lập tức, vì vậy khách sạn đã sắp xếp một chiếc Jeep đến đón chúng tôi. Lưu ý ⚠️ Chiếc Jeep này thực ra là chiếc xe được sử dụng cho tour Jeep sau đó. Trời quá nóng nên chúng tôi không muốn ngồi ngoài trời. Khi đến khách sạn, điều hòa làm mát hơi chậm… sau nửa tiếng vẫn khoảng 33 độ C. Vì chưa ăn trưa nên chúng tôi gọi món ăn, khá thịnh soạn với giá 15 dinar Jordan. Lúc 5 giờ chiều, xe Jeep đến đón chúng tôi đi tham quan sa mạc ngắm hoàng hôn. ⚠️ Bạn cần liên hệ trước với khách sạn để xác định thời lượng tour bạn muốn tham quan, vì tour này không miễn phí. Thông thường, tour 2 tiếng có giá 35 dinar Jordan, nhưng tour của khách sạn có vẻ đắt hơn, vì vậy tôi khuyên bạn nên ”mặc cả”! Hướng dẫn viên rất tốt bụng và đưa chúng tôi đi xem một con suối trong sa mạc, và chúng tôi cũng được ngắm hoàng hôn từ vị trí đẹp nhất – thật tuyệt vời! Bữa tối là một bất ngờ thú vị! Thật đặc biệt – mọi người cùng nhau quây quần cho một bữa tiệc thịnh soạn! Nhìn chung, bữa ăn rất ngon miệng. Điều đáng tiếc duy nhất? Không có đồ uống có cồn, nhưng bạn có thể mang theo nếu muốn. Dù sao thì, tôi thực sự rất tiếc vì điều đó. Trời bắt đầu trở lạnh khi tôi đi ngủ… nên tôi đã bật máy sưởi, và nhiệt độ hơi thấp một chút—khoảng 18 độ C. Hầu hết các chỗ nghỉ ở sa mạc đều bao gồm bữa sáng và bữa tối, và bữa sáng hôm sau cũng rất thịnh soạn và đặc biệt—một trải nghiệm thực sự đáng nhớ. Thôi nói nhiều nữa, xem ảnh đi. ⚠️Giường của họ có mép rất rộng… tôi đã va vào chúng vô số lần. Tổng cộng có tám phòng. Tôi ước tính có khoảng sáu phòng có khách vào đêm đó.
