We really enjoyed our stay at Le Eminence Hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant for breakfast and meals was of a high standard. The location of the hotel provides wonderful views of the mountains, especially from the sky lounge. The hotel room was of a good size and it was great to relax on the balcony with amazing views of the hotels garden / grounds and the surrounding mountainside. It was also nice to have a morning stroll through the grounds

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Bandung, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained, offering everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The bed was cozy, the amenities were top-notch, and I genuinely looked forward to returning to the room after a long day. One of the highlights was the fantastic selection of food. Whether at breakfast, in the café, or through room service, the variety and quality of the dishes exceeded expectations, and every meal was a delight. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service from the entire team. From the warm and professional staff at the reception counter, to the friendly and attentive team in the café, and even the courteous and welcoming staff at the entrance lobby, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Hats off to the Hilton Bandung management for cultivating such a high standard of hospitality. You’ve created a hotel experience that guests won’t soon forget. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bandung, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely be back!

This is a decent hotel except for a couple of major issues. We booked a hotel with a pool. Unfortunately, the pool was too cold to spend anytime in. I never got in beyond my ankles. Then and this is by far the biggest issue. The hotel must be surrounded by mosques, because once the call to prayer starts in the early hours, you will not be able to sleep through it. It sounds like you have 4 or 5 mosques all doing the call to prayer in your room. Add to that, one of the evenings it seemed that some individual was also booming out his reciting of some religious tomes, it was the most repetitive dirge, far from the beauty of the call to prayer and it went on for about an hour. I understand it’s a Muslim nation, but this was rather not conducive to a decent nights sleep.

This was my third time staying at this hotel. It's good to stay in the executive room. Unfortunately, it's hard to say that it's great for the price. The facilities and services are poor for a four-star hotel. But there's no better place to stay than here in cirebon. Breakfast is a local meal. It is not enough for foreigners to eat. There is a swimming pool, but I cannot swim because I cannot wear a swimsuit because it is an Islamic country. So there are no people in the large swimming pool. The staff always smiles and feels kind.

Bbastian16The hotel was in good location. Actually was arrvived late about 3pm, we booked 3 room. But just available 2 room with connecting door (nice as i request). But another 1 room still waiting, because the room not ready. We waiting for so long until about 4pm we can check in the room (after i request the housekeeping to clean up the room). After that we had a called, that we had complimentary dinner buffet (for the delayed check in). We was happy. After we arrived at around 7pm, the food was empty. The staff didnt notice that they need to refill the food. Chicken with kare soup was cold. Foods variety was limited. Also a lady in 1 group was complaining: spending 200K/person, but the food was disappointed. Same also we spend extra charge. The next morning went to the gym, i found dirty stuff at men restroom. In the morning before i check in, i try to call the hotel to fix line. But nobody answer the phone. Maybe the mamagement should check it. It was unexpected experience to staying at 5 stars hotel. Need to improve the service

Terrific customer service! We were welcomed with such a nice romantic vibe in the room and also a cute note from the housekeeping team on the mirror. Room was very clean, tidy and perfect location for an amazing view! Love the huge couch by the window btw :) But, there is also some issues that I want to raise. Firstly, we ordered in room-dinning but, there was no dining table provided. I went to several hotels and ordered in room-dining and they will always provide a table / trolley table at least to let us dine in the room. But, this was the first time I had this experience. The waiter left the foods on the study desk. But, we can’t dine on where the study desk was because, there was only one chair available. That’s why we had to moved the heavy table to be closed to the huge couch. I asked for the trolley table but, apparently they can’t let us use it. Secondly, the soup was cold. Which was very disappointing :( I ended up just had a couple of spoons and can’t take it anymore. Well, I guess those were the minus part of my stay. But, overall we enjoyed our stay there. Ah, one more thing! The angus steak balsamic juice was the best dish! Very worth to try!

TTravellingmaudeFrom arrival to checkout, the stay felt warm and welcoming. Staff greeted us kindly and were consistently courteous throughout, which set a good tone from the start. The room was very spacious, and being on the 18th floor, we had a lovely view over Bandung. The bed was excellent — super comfortable with great pillows. I fell asleep almost immediately, which says a lot. Facilities overall were solid and worked well. The furniture shows a bit of age, but it still feels classic and well maintained rather than run down. The only real downside was the bathroom shower. The shower head is old and the water flow was uneven, which took away slightly from the experience. Towels, however, were clean and perfectly fine. Breakfast was a highlight. A wide spread with lots of local options, including jamu and rebusan. It was fun sampling different traditional flavours, and the variety made breakfast something to look forward to rather than just routine. Location is another plus. The hotel is just a short walk from Braga City Walk, making it very convenient for exploring the area, dining out, or taking an evening stroll. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with excellent service, a great bed, and a strong breakfast offering. With a small update to the bathroom fittings, it would be even better.

WWalk n SeeWe recently stayed at this stunning 8-bedroom private villa in the Dago area of Bandung, and it exceeded every expectation for a family reunion/group getaway. Nestled in the cool highlands, the villa offers breathtaking natural surroundings with lush greenery everywhere, both outside in the beautifully landscaped grounds and inside with thoughtful plant integrations that make the space feel fresh and alive. All the rooms facing a stunning hills. The layout is incredibly practical for larger groups: • 2 underground floors, each with 2 spacious bedrooms (4 bedrooms total downstairs), perfect for privacy or families with kids. • Ground floor features a massive, fully equipped kitchen with every utensil you could need, a large dining table for group meals, huge tv with comfy sofa, and a fantastic sound-proof karaoke room that kept the fun going late without disturbing anyone. • 2 upper floors, each with 2 bedrooms (another 4 upstairs), all comfortable and well-appointed. Every bedroom is ensuite (private bathrooms), and the villa comfortably sleeps 16–24 people depending on extra beds. One of the absolute highlights is the private heated swimming pool, a game-changer in Bandung’s chilly highland weather (we loved dipping in when temperatures hovered between 16–24°C). The water stays perfectly warm, making it enjoyable even on cooler evenings. The pool area feels luxurious and relaxing with those mountain/city views. Everything is provided thoughtfully: unlimited mineral water, complete kitchen setup (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc.), clean linens, WiFi, and plenty of space. The huge parking area in front easily accommodated multiple cars, no stress about parking at all. The design embraces nature beautifully, lots of glass for natural light, open spaces, and that signature Dago greenery that makes you feel like you’re in a peaceful retreat away from the city buzz, yet still close enough to cafes and attractions. If you’re looking for a spacious, fully-facilitated private villa for a big family, friends’ trip, or celebration in Bandung, this place is highly recommended. The heated pool alone makes it stand out in the cool climate. We’ll definitely be back! Rating suggestion: 5/5 stars Would stay again? Absolutely!

While the hotel has fewer facilities compared to some larger resorts and the swimming pool is relatively small, the overall environment was calm and pleasant. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast without many standout items, but it was sufficient for a relaxed morning. Overall, the large suite and comfortable setting made it a good option for a family holiday.

PP****tya**sTravelers w/children are not advised to stay here, especially those w/ allergies. Our room was extremely dusty, my family and I caught a cold. The 2nd day, I asked to move rooms. They helped us! My suggestion is to vacuum every room after each guest checks out. This is because of the use of carpets. For breakfast, everything was delicious and varied. Thank you for your hospitality.
