Took my mum for a treat and for her to reminisce. wow!! We were not disappointed, it was a fantastic stay. The Building and architecture is stunning, huge tall ceilings and windows. Beautiful tiles everywhere, elegant dining and meeting rooms. Our room was fab, two double beds, lovely free snack box, posh teas and coffees. We loved the 5pm social hour, a chance to mingle with the other guests and an hour of free drinks and snacks. Breakfast was also great, it was extremely busy as the hotel was fully booked the night before so I did feel the staff were overstretched and there was a wait for fresh eggs and tea / coffee… but hey we were in no rush. Just beautiful… can’t wait to go again.

Checked into TRIBE Manchester Airport Hotel and I’m really impressed. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very clean. The check-in process was smooth, and the location is perfect for an airport stay. The room is comfortable and well-designed. A great choice for anyone travelling through Manchester Airport.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Manchester Deansgate, located in the iconic Beetham Tower, and overall, my experience was memorable for many reasons. From the moment you step through the revolving doors of this striking glass skyscraper, you’re met with a sense of modern grandeur that sets the tone for the entire stay. Location & First Impressions The location is absolutely superb — right on Deansgate, within walking distance of the best that Manchester has to offer, including the Arndale shopping centre, the Spinningfields business district, and the bustling nightlife of the Northern Quarter. Public transport connections are excellent, with Deansgate station just steps away. On arrival, the reception area made a strong impression. High ceilings, clean lines, and sophisticated decor give it a contemporary and stylish feel. Check-in was smooth, efficient, and handled with professionalism. Staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome right away, even though the lobby was quite busy. Rooms & Comfort My room was on one of the higher floors, offering truly stunning views of the Manchester skyline through floor-to-ceiling windows — easily one of the standout features of this hotel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with crisp linens and plush pillows that made it hard to get up in the morning. The room was equipped with everything you would expect from a four-star Hilton property: a large TV, iron and ironing board, mini-fridge, safe, and a decent workspace with good lighting for business travelers. The bathroom was clean, modern, and stocked with quality toiletries, although the water pressure in the shower could have been slightly stronger. Overall, the cleanliness was impeccable throughout my stay. Facilities & Amenities The facilities are where the Hilton Manchester Deansgate really shines. The health club and spa are a big bonus, with a good-sized swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. I particularly appreciated the sauna and steam room after a long day exploring the city. Arrived at site,found the car park to be a good size,and secure facilities. Arrived at reception and was greeted by a friendly staff,and made very welcome, was pleased to find out the parking to be free.filled in the relevant paperwork and received my room card.went to our room and found it to be nice and clean and all the needed requirements for the over night stay.i would definitely book another stay here if I needed an overnight stay and would recommend it to family and friends.

Staycity is great, although they duplicate charged me which I have already paid thought agent earlier. Agent helped me to contact Staycity and they corrected it immediately. When I arrived Staycity, they knew and told me the money would be refunded to my credit card shortly. Staycity is my second time to stay, it is convenient, clean, kitchen, bathroom, bedding….. room size, everything is great. I absolutely will recommend my friends to stay here when they visit Manchester.

Check-in was quick and friendly, and the staff were genuinely welcoming and helpful. My room was spotlessly clean, modern, and surprisingly quiet considering the proximity to the airport. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and the overall layout was simple but very well designed. For the price, the value is outstanding. I also appreciated the 24/7 reception, handy vending options, and the overall sense of safety and efficiency. Everything worked exactly as you’d hope before or after a long journey. Overall, ibis budget Manchester Airport is a fantastic choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and great value. I would definitely stay here again!

During my recent stay at this hotel, I found the overall experience to be enjoyable with top-quality fittings and furnishings. However, there were areas that required improvement. The hotel itself is pleasant, but enhancing the service and room cleaning would significantly improve the guest experience. A standard room was paid for but a disability-accessible room was provided. We requested to change it to a standard which was done immediately without any questions. No water bottles were provided in the room initially; they were only given on request and only two small bottles were provided. Additionally, the room cleaning service was unsatisfactory. Despite requesting it twice over 4 nights, the cleaner only changed the sheets once and neglected to take out the bins vacuum, replace towels or clean the bathroom. This was particularly disappointing given the length of my nearly week-long stay. The breakfast was beautifully presented with various options but unfortunately remained the same every day lacking any variation. Some areas were particularly poor. For instance, the scrambled eggs had a distinct smell and were overly watery. Adding tomatoes or simply varying the options every few days would have improved the experience. One concern we had was the cleaning team. Twice the cleaner used his universal card to enter our room without ensuring no one was present. My partner was in the shower and our young baby was asleep. We heard a knock but were unable to reach the door in time. Upon reaching it we realised he was already entering. This occurred twice and on the following day we decided to chain the door for privacy reasons. In other hotels we have stayed in, privacy is of the utmost concern for staff and they would never even risk opening someone’s locked door without making sure. A better system needs to be in place here.

Absolutely loved our stay at The Midland Manchester – everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and couldn’t do enough for us. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely looked after, and the service throughout was faultless. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud – we had some of the best nights’ sleep we’ve had in ages! The room service was prompt, professional, and the food was delicious – a real treat after a long day exploring the city. Speaking of relaxing – the spa was absolutely divine. Clean, calming, and wonderfully designed, it was the perfect escape. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had – incredibly soothing and tailored to perfection. If you’re in need of some proper pampering, this is the place to be. Location-wise, you couldn’t ask for better. Right in the heart of Manchester, everything is within walking distance, yet the hotel still manages to feel like a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. All in all, The Midland is a true gem. Comfortable, elegant, and run by an outstanding team. We’ll absolutely be back!

Room is fairly clean and has a working A/C system, but can feel dated at times. Not much to expect as it is a budget hotel. Staff are courteous. No kettle in the room. Drinking water dispenser is located near the lobby, free tea/coffee provided, there is also an option to get pizza but Starbucks and McDonalds are just across the street if you want a quick bite. Close proximity to tram station and Old Trafford stadium which is only a 20 minute walk, excellent location if you are there for the footie. Solid option if you are in the area for matchdays and looking for a short stay.
