JJay’s tripIt’s a good location to stay for Universal Studios. Because we don’t have to stay all day in the hotel. The hotel is just 6$ by uber to go to Universal Studios. Compare with the price is okay, don’t expect anything from them. Cleanliness is the worst, we can’t walk without shoes in the room but bed sheets and towels are okay. They have 24/7 front desk but you have to call them because staff is not there.

TTài khoản kháchFor the price of this hotel, it is in an excellent location and is very clean. During our stay, there were lots of things that weren’t working or were broken in the hotel, including the key card machine, so we were only given 1 key card for a room for 3 people. In our room, the bathroom door handle had been ripped off on the inside before we got there and one of our friends got locked inside with no way out. She tried multiple times on multiple numbers for the hotel/front desk and not a single one worked. They were either in Spanish and hung up immediately or were disconnected. Luckily she was able to get in touch with us to come and let her out (she was in the room alone) but that meant travelling back to the hotel from another location. We were told by the front desk after this incident that they would come and fix the door but they never did. The washing machines were also broken so we were only given 2 towels every few days between 3 people. If there hadn’t been so many things broken, it would have been a decent stay.

NNgười Dùng Ẩn DanhI think there could be better amenities In all room specifically a microwave and mini fridge. There was some barriers with communication with the staff but it all evened out and my stay was very comfortable and they respected my request to not bang on my door so early and skip for housekeeping. I just did not like how they communicated it at first with me even telling me they would go to the lengths of making me leave the property. It was too much chaos but I think the guy up front understood after a day or two that I have health problems and that it wasn't just extra with my request. It was the one thing I didn't need to go through but he started being nicer and respectful which in glad because I would have left. Iwas undergoing surgery and recovering on my stay and my health is important to me. And the stress was not good for my heart. Hopefully nobody else experiences this.
