Motel tại Victoria, Úc

Tôi ở trong nhà nghỉ Box Hill từ ngày 3 tháng 11 đến ngày 23 tháng 11. Tôi và chồng đến nhà nghỉ Box Hill vào khoảng 12-1h trưa. Chúng tôi kiệt sức khi thay nhau lái xe từ Sydney - Melbourne. Chúng tôi lái xe từ Sydney vào quá nửa đêm. Khi gọi liệu chúng tôi có được phép vào sớm hay không, thật đáng ngạc nhiên là điều đó được cho phép. Nếu không, chúng tôi sẽ ngủ trong xe cho đến giờ nhận phòng nếu phòng chưa sẵn sàng. Chúng tôi có phòng số 1 và nó rất sạch sẽ. Tôi không dùng khăn vì tôi thích dùng khăn của mình hơn, chồng tôi cũng dùng khăn của anh ấy. Một trong những chiếc khăn treo có vết nước mũi và tôi đặt chiếc khăn đó sang một bên mặc dù chúng tôi không sử dụng nó. Tổng cộng có 3 chiếc đĩa và một trong những chiếc đĩa bị bẩn và tôi cho rằng khách trước đó chắc hẳn đã sử dụng 1 chiếc đĩa này và không rửa nó mà thay vào đó chỉ nhét nó vào giữa chiếc đĩa sạch. Chúng tôi đã sử dụng đĩa 2x cho mình nhưng tôi đã tự rửa đĩa 3x. Tốc độ Wifi cũng rất tốt vì tôi có thể hoàn thành một chút công việc từ Phòng số 1. Cha mẹ tôi luôn dạy tôi biết trân trọng và tôn trọng địa vị của mọi người. Khi trả phòng, tôi thấy Carol và OMG, cô ấy rất tốt bụng, thân thiện, thực tế và hay giúp đỡ. Cô đang bận lăn hành lý của mọi người về phòng. Tôi nhớ cha tôi luôn dạy tôi một doanh nhân vĩ đại không phải là người luôn muốn được phục vụ mà là người biết cách phục vụ người khác trước tiên. Có câu nói “lãnh đạo phục vụ”. Một nhà lãnh đạo giỏi biết cảm giác khi ở phía dưới để quan sát, học hỏi và phục vụ người khác cũng như đánh giá cao cấp trên và trải nghiệm nhiều vai trò khác nhau để hiểu nhiệm vụ và trách nhiệm của từng vai trò. CẢM ƠN BẠN Đội ngũ nhà nghỉ trên đồi Box và Carol cũng vậy vì đã cho phép chúng tôi ở tại nơi sạch đẹp và ngăn nắp của bạn. Chúng tôi đã có thể ngủ rất ngon, hy vọng không ai có thể nghe thấy chúng tôi đang ngáy :) Tôi thực sự giới thiệu nhà nghỉ Box Hill, Melbourne cho bất kỳ ai trong chuyến đi đến Melbourne.

The room is a very dated. Passable for a night stay.

Overall happy with accommodation. The beds were super comfortable and room was clean. The shower was probably the best I have ever had in any motel room I have stayed at. Water pressure was great and shower head was super high so nobody would be unable to fit under water spray (in my room at least, not sure about other rooms) Outside the paths were in need of a sweep and could have been a bit tidier down our end of the accommodation area. The fan and window in bathroom both were in need of a good clean but other than that room was clean and I was happy for the price.

From the outside, this motel looks especially dingy and neglected, but the rooms aren't bad. It's perfectly clean and has all the features you'd expect of an ordinary motel in any Australian town. Perfectly adequate, and appropriately priced.

I had a great stay at Best Western Crystal Inn. At first, I was told check-in was only after 2pm, but later the staff kindly called me and said I could check in early. That was very helpful! There is free parking on the ground floor, and my room was on the first floor, so it was quiet with no noise from cars. The location is very convenient — just a 10-minute drive to the City Centre. The room was big and comfortable, and the bathroom was especially large and clean. Thank you to the friendly staff for the good service!

The owner so lovely, we check in late and she prepare a drawing for us to find the room. The room is clean and we can feel it well maintain and the shampoo they provided smell good. Both of us very satisfied this stay will recommend to others who going to apollo bay. The bathtub got the massage function as well.

We stayed one night at the Sandpiper Motel in Apollo Bay during peak season. On the positive side, the room was exceptionally clean, and the embroidered details on the bedding, pillow slips, and face towel were a lovely touch that added a sense of care and thoughtfulness to the decor. However, our stay was not without its issues. Room 5; Throughout the night, there was a persistent high-pitched noise whenever water was used in our block of rooms, which disrupted our sleep, not helpful if you are a light sleeper. This was particularly disappointing given the cost of over 500 NZD for one night. Additionally, while the self-check-in process was efficient, the lack of any staff presence left the motel feeling impersonal and made it impossible to seek assistance when needed. For example, there was no way to address the plumbing issue or request additional items like more face towels during our stay. While we appreciated the cleanliness and the attention to detail in the room design, these other factors made the experience less enjoyable than we had hoped. We hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.
