They have beautiful aesthetic and lovely atmosphere. The staff members are great. My standout favorite was the mini croissant—perfectly crunchy and fresh! The coffee was great as well. However, the sandwich had a bit of an unusual flavor, likely from the pickles. Freshly baked and reliable great taste every time. Best death by chocolate cake also. Wide selection of tasty sandwiches and salads. Even the coffee was perfect. The egg spinach pan was yumsters. Generous portions enough for two. Located on a quiet and quaint sort of a street. Especially, if you are in and around Thonglor, know that Holley is one of the best bakery shop in town. I tried many of the pastry and cake and they don’t fail me. All the pastry is perfectly crafted and baked. The pastry layer and skin is so perfect, not too thick and not too thin. Pizza is also good and the crunchy is just perfect. This place is quiet busy in the morning, the seating area is not too large but it’s quiet. Overall, will come back for sure.
