“From Farm to Feast at W Kuala Lumpur”
#earthdayjourney
Flock at W Kuala Lumpur is a vibrant all-day dining venue that seamlessly blends sustainability with culinary innovation. Located on the 8th floor of W Kuala Lumpur, Flock offers a stylish and welcoming atmosphere, featuring an open kitchen concept and contemporary design elements inspired by Malaysian culture. The restaurant’s commitment to sustainability is evident in its use of locally sourced, organic ingredients and partnerships with local artisans.
🌿 Sustainable Dining Experience
Flock emphasizes a farm-to-table approach, sourcing fresh, organically grown produce from local farms such as Weeds & More. Artisanal cheese is provided by Milky Whey Cheese, and chocolates are sourced from local chocolatier Chocolate Concierge. Even the honey used in their dishes is tualang honey, a Malaysian multi-floral jungle honey from the north-western region of Peninsular Malaysia.
This commitment to sustainability extends to their dining practices, with Flock offering extensive à la carte lunch and dinner menus in lieu of traditional all-you-can-eat buffets, thereby reducing food wastage.
