With a recent menu update, Fat Cow @fatcowsg has refreshed its set lunch menu (from $45++) with new delectable additions, and introduced an exclusive a-la-carte option highlighting the exquisite Australian Imperial Blossom F4 Wagyu— the first restaurant in Singapore to feature this exceptional delicacy.
Offered in the set lunches is salad, a warming bowl of miso soup, chawanmushi, a choice of mains, and dessert of the day. Amongst the new set lunch mains is the Sous-vide Toriyama Wagyu Don ($55++), presenting sliced slow-cooked Toriyama Umami Wagyu from Gunma Prefecture atop hearty Hokkaido Nanatsuboshi sushi rice, complemented by sliced onions, chives, shio konbu, and a house-made truffle ponzu sauce. This sumptuous donburi is finished with a Japanese egg yolk, truffle shavings, and edible gold flakes. Another satisfying choice is the Pure Wagyu Hamburger Steak ($58++), featuring a 100% pure Wagyu minced patty grilled over binchotan. Served with seasonal vegetables and Fat Cow’s signature ‘Fat Rice’ — premium Japanese rice seasoned with kombu, truffle, and rendered Wagyu fat from their beef
selections.
Moreover, indulge in the exclusive Australian Imperial Blossom F4 Wagyu ($108++/200g) renowned for its exceptional marbling. This Wagyu boasts a fine, evenly distributed fat network that melts during cooking, infusing the meat with a sumptuous and buttery texture. A purebred F4 Wagyu with over 93% Wagyu genes, this exquisite beef variety has earned a global reputation for its unparalleled tenderness, succulence, and umami flavour. The perfectly grilled Wagyu striploin, lightly seasoned with salt and pepper, is accompanied with pickled Sri Lankan black pepper, kizami wasabi, and sea salt, offering a sensational taste of this premium Wagyu.
