The grill prawns Mandy is delicious,prawns are fresh and the Biryani rice is clean,fragrant and yummy. The Lamb Kebab is wrapped with their Salsa sauce,balance and delicious. I try the Sharwama chicken, beef and mixed. The taste is superb. You can the amount of the mbeef and chicken huge. I try the regular size. Personally I recommend the mixed sharwama. #malaysiatrip

#springitinerary During my few days in KL, I ordered takeout from here three times—I just can’t get enough! The restaurant is located near the famous McDonald’s and has a whopping five floors! Every night there’s a huge line, so I finally made time to eat there in person, and the taste truly blew me away! Here are a few must-try dishes we enjoyed: 1️⃣ Beef Shawarma with Rice The beef is freshly sliced right in front of you, very thinly cut. Even after being grilled repeatedly, it stays tender and juicy! The portions are generous, super satisfying—hard to stop eating! 2️⃣ Cheese Flatbread (Long shape) Looks like pizza but the crust is really soft, and the cheese flavor is super rich! I ordered it on a whim and was totally impressed—definitely a must-try! 3️⃣ Avocado Milkshake Thick and creamy, I drank two cups because it was that good—perfect for cutting through the richness and also quite healthy! The restaurant is called Damascus, and they have two locations: one at Bukit Bintang and another called Original. Both are near the popular McDonald’s spot. The Bukit Bintang one is bigger, so when there’s a line, you can choose the less crowded one to save time. If you’re making a food list for KL, this shawarma place is a must-visit! from a small restaurant to a 4-floors building, Damascus always has a LOOOOONG queue to enter. out of curiosity i finally tried it. i was like “no wonder!” it’s really good , the place is beautiful and service was great. i highly recommend the creamy kebab. it’s served with rice mixed with vermicelli. sounds weird right? but trust me it’s soo good! the vermicelli gives a good texture. for people who doesnt like dry dishes, the creamy kebab is the best! the gravy is thick but the garlic taste just enough, it doesnt overpower other ingredients. Pide! we satisfy our turkish food craving~ the pide flavour is just a few but the taste is good~ every floor is decorated beautifully with middle eastern vibes. there’s some photo spots too 🏖️Ambiance/Facilities: they have lift to go upstairs, no parking, can park in the mall around it 🕰️Business Hours: 8am-4.30am can go for sahur! 💰Average Price per Person: RM40

#travelanywhere If there is one restaurant that is outstanding in the streets of Bukit Bintang KL, it has got to be Damascus restaurant. This is one very popular restaurant that draw crowds from tourists and locals, and that's a reason why they are fantastic. You just have to love the shop front, it's dramatic with chefs whipping and grilling your meat kebabs and their shopfront is loud in design. I shall not lie, their mix meat (beef & chicken) kebab is fantastic and tasty. It's the best! For just RM18.90/kebab, I would willing buy a 2nd and even a 3rd kebab. Dine at Damascus, it's really awesome!
