My Adventure at Gyeryongsan
#summervacay Okay, so Gyeryongsan National Park? Absolute gem. It’s got that perfect mix of nature therapy and "why did I think hiking was fun?" energy. The trails are super pretty, lots of trees, streams, and rocky outcrops that make you feel like you’re in some kind of forest movie. And the views? Insane. You hit a few peaks and suddenly the whole world just opens up below you.
The hike itself isn’t too brutal if you pace yourself, but yeah, you’ll definitely break a sweat. I saw a few locals basically power-walking up like it was nothing, goals. Along the way there are some dope temples and resting spots where you can chill and snack (essential).
What I loved most? It’s peaceful but not boring. You get nature, cool old temples, and some legit cardio all in one go. Gyeryongsan’s got the vibe. Bring water, wear solid shoes, and let the mountain work its magic. Would 100% go back.
