During our return to Mui Ne, we stayed at the expansive Victoria Phan Thiet Beach Resort & Spa, set on 7 hectares of lush gardens along the coastline. The resort’s blend of nostalgic Vietnamese architecture and modern comforts was a highlight, with rustic thatched-roof bungalows providing an authentic yet luxurious feel. Since we checked in early, we explored the resort and had lunch at L'Océane restaurant, where East-West fusion cuisine and ocean views made for an unforgettable experience. The buttered bread was especially memorable—so delicious that I couldn’t resist two servings! For the best experience, I recommend booking a seaside bungalow to fully enjoy the sound of the waves right from your room. Pair that with a little wine and snacks, and your evening will be perfect. Victoria’s beach is stunning and perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or kitesurfing, and jogging along the shore is also a wonderful way to enjoy the scenery. Flan Mộng Cầm Địa chỉ quán bánh Flan Mộng Cầm Bà Giáo Việt ở số 394 Trần Hưng Đạo – TP Phan Thiết, quán chỉ mở buổi tối, khi gió biển lành lạnh thổi vào những góc đường Phan Thiết. Quán cũng chẳng thể gọi là quán vì có vài cái bàn xếp trước sân, như ai đó trong nhà bày ra để uống trà. Vài ngọn đèn nhấp nháy treo trên ngọn cây cho cảm giác ấm cúng , tự tình trong đêm tối như được nhập thân vào một quãng thời gian cố cũ. Người bưng kem trung niên gầy ốm, kiệm lời là con rể bà Mộng Cầm. Ông chỉ nói nhiều khi nhắc nhở ai đó ồn ào hoặc gác chân lên ghế. Là vùng biển nên cũng dễ hiểu khi hải sản ở đây đều rất tươi mới. Chế biến vừa tới nên giữ được vị tươi đồng thời cũng đủ để át được hết mùi tanh hải sản. Một nguyên liệu được chế biến thành nhiều món khác nhau để phù hợp với nhiều khách hàng. Đồ ăn ngon, giá thành rẻ. Phù hợp với các buổi ăn vặt khi đi du lịch.
