Moc Chau is located in the southeast of Son La province, about 180 km from Hanoi to this land. Moc Chau has a natural area of 1,081.66 square kilometers, accounting for 7.49% of the area and ranking 8th out of 12 districts of Son La province. Moc Chau shares a 40.6 km long border between Vietnam and Laos.

Thung Cuong village: This beautiful small village nestled on the hillside is inhabited by the H'Mong people. These mustard fields have helped this place become a favorite wedding photography location for many young people. Pa Phach village: With its characteristic feature being the phenomenon of mist in the afternoon, making the scene become fanciful and cool.
