Telaga Tujuh Waterfall - Langkawi, Malaysia

Telaga Tujuh Waterfalls are the most famous of all Langkawi’s waterfalls. It has several names: "Seven Wells", "Seven Rapids" or "Seven Jets". The waterfalls get their name as there are seven natural pools or wells in the rock face here that are fed by seven different cataracts that come down from Mat Cincang Mountain. There is a legend attached to the falls and locals claim that fairies live here. The way to the top will not be an easy walk, and will take an average of about 45 min. But the beauty of the legendary waterfall is worth it. The path is equipped with stairs, railings, benches for rest. You will pass some pretty scenery on the way as well as some cheeky monkeys.
