The best to capture the sunrise is between 7.10 am to 7.30 am. After that hour, the sun's glare may be too intense to catch the moment of the sunrise. Another alternative is to change the sun's position, such as the sun is overshadowed by the Merlion. This trick reduces the glare, and the picture can be artistic as well.
