🇸🇬 | Michelin One-Star Hidden in the Forest

This newly awarded Michelin one-star restaurant, Marguerite, is located inside the Flower Dome of Gardens by the Bay. Surrounded by green plants and a huge glass conservatory, it feels romantic to dine in the forest. The restaurant is quiet and elegant, with a view of the nearby Singapore Flyer, making it ideal for couples' dates or anniversary dinners. We ordered the Omnivore set menu, which was not particularly stunning, but the dishes were exquisitely crafted, using fresh and high-quality ingredients such as eel, blue prawns, lamb chops, and caviar, and the taste was good.
