Disciple Coffee Roasters

#australiaroadtrip This cafe is very famous roastery cafe in melbourne. Sometimes when I visit certain cafes, I could see their beans being used. When I visited Disciple Roasters, there was a barista with a very fun and happy vibe. He seemed to be the main barista there. I don’t know😂 They are roasters. So obviously I could see the roasting machine inside the cafe. It was a Diedrich roaster and I was the first time. I had seen one. It looked similar to other machines. Also very large. So I guessed that this machine must be used to make Disciple’s coffee bean. I considered order menu and decided to choose from the brewing menu. ‘Colombia Luz Helena Gesha Natural’ I searched for this bean because I’ve never tried it before. This bean is cultivated by Luz Helena Salazar in the Quindio region of Colombia, specially at the La leona farm. This coffee has a sweet aroma like candy. When I took a sip, actually very sweet with high acidity like strawberry, raspberry. Usually I prefer natural processing. So this one matched my taste perfectly.
