Neighbourhood Cafe N Bar

#australiaroadtrip Neighbourhood Cafe N Bar is modern wine bar in Melbourne's inner north. Similar to it's sister restaurant Old Palm Liquor, the vibe is immaculate. The deceptively large venue has a great aesthetic. Think large open spaces with plenty of natural wood, warm lighting and comically large ceiling fans. Almost plantation house like. The food is excellent, you can't go wrong with a sirloin. Peppers must be in season cause they're everywhere at the moment. Here it makes a great small plate with chorizo. The standout dish were the oyster mushrooms with mascarpone and lovage. Solid texture and great flavour. A solid spot. I just wish I lived in the neighbourhood.
