The hotel room is nice, well maintained exterior and some interiors. The hotel staff are nice and very easy to approach. I booked a 2 night stay at this hotel, sadly i only can stay the 2nd night because of their hotel. Their hotel has a strict restriction states that any "foreigners ( a guest who holds a passport even when you've stayed in Macao for more than a year ) MUST present a valid NAT pon arrival. Without NAT, you won't be allowed to stay. I had to move room 2 times, as there are problems with the room. And my last day of staying is quite disappointing that i found a necessity amenities dirty, like the teaspoon. I didn't had my coffe anymore, as i lost my appetite. Regardless the matter, i MAY stay once again at this hotel only when they stopped requiring NAT for individuals who stays in Macau for more than a month. As only this hotel requires this kind of restriction. I am going to give only 2 stars for now, until i come back to try this hotel again.
