But this is where you'll get to experience the nightlife in Vietnam! Here are some stuff you can do at Bui Vien: 1. Watch street performers There were people performing with fire. It's amazing but also dangerous. Be careful when you're walking, you don't want to accidentally walk into one of the performance. 2. Chill by a pub We settled for Miss Saigon Pub and it was definitely the best choice out of the bars over there. Generally, the staffs were nice and friendly but some were quite unfriendly which might have spoiled the experience for us. The menu were your basic pub drinks - we ordered some Mai Tai and Whisky Coke. Nothing fancy but it was not cheap either. The DJ music was great and they had two seatings - indoors with female performers and outdoor with both male and female dancers. I recommend sitting indoors if you want to avoid getting disturbed by street performers along Bui Vien Street. We were sitting on the outside initially but decided to move indoors. The thing that was upsetting was they charged us for items we did not use and even after telling the staff, she still charged us for it and refuse to give us the receipt. Watch the dancers perform This bar has both female and male dancers, which is great as you'll have entertainment for all genders! My advice is to skip Bui Vien altogether if you're not into that tourist partying scene. And if you do decide to check this place off your list, make sure you're fully aware of your surrounding.
