The breakfast spread includes local, french, and western choices. They include the braised beef brisket, baguettes, caramel bread pastries, flan cake, and an assortment of pastries and bread. The flan cake looks like our local steamed milk pudding. I did have one during my family trip in Hong Kong. This tasted differently. It was on the sweeter side. My parents especially love the braised beef brisket as they were cooked to tender and not to hard for them to chew on.
