The Matcha Fig Blossom drink elevated the harmony between the rich ceremonial-grade matcha and the hint of cherry blossom saltiness in the aftertaste. You start with a Cam & Ginger chocolate truffle, enjoy the matcha, and end with a Mangosteen & Yogurt chocolate truffle. I was surprised at how the final truffle perfectly wrapped up the journey with an unexpectedly balanced finish.
