My journey to Dalat was a breathtaking escape into the heart of Vietnam's highlands. One of the most enchanting moments was the morning visit to Xuan Huong lake. As I strolled along its tranquil shores, the ethereal beauty of mist dissipating from the leaves cast a spell on me. Dalat's night market was another highlight. Nestled by a cozy fire pit, I impatiently awaited freshly grilled corn on the cob, a delightful street food treat. However, the star of the show was “banh trang nuong”, a Vietnamese version of pizza. Its crispy rice paper base, topped with an array of delectable ingredients, was a symphony of flavors that left my taste buds dancing. Dalat's unique blend of natural beauty and culinary delights made this trip an unforgettable adventure.
