Nice Fusion Omurice at Silom Complex 🍛

Baan Ying is a very famous Thai restaurant chain in Bangkok. It has many branches throughout the city. It serves mainly authentic Thai dishes, but you can find some fushion menus here too. The omurice dish that I ordered is created by an Iron Chef contestant. It's a fushion of Japanese and Chinese style food because they put XO sauce on the omurice. XO sauce is a kind of Chinese paste originated in Hong Kong. I recommend squeezing a bit of Thai chilli sauce on it because this dish is quite salty.
