A Day in ICONSIAM, Bangkok

This shopping mall is not only the biggest but also the most amazing one I have ever been to. I gave a big plus to this mall mostly because of the beautiful modern design from outside to inside. I have never seen anything special and unique like this one before, so it makes me overwhelmed as seeing it by myself. It has 7 floors in total, and each floor has different design. For example, in the lowest floor, its design follows classic Thai culture, like bringing you back to the past, you can find many local food as well as local products are sold here. I always spend 1-2 hours in this floor just for eating and taking pictures. Besides foods, this mall has all the stores from luxury to normal, I can find everthing here such as Channel, YSL, Tiffany, Bath and Body Works. Moreover, in the highest floor, there is a 15-meter tall waterfall which makes this place more special than ever. And there is one more place that I am so suprised as visiting, it is the restroom, very luxury from the light to the euipments. In the night time, around 8pm, there is a water music show in front of the mall by the river Chao Phaya, all I can say is very beautiful and colorful. There are over 7,000 shops in this 10-story mega lifestyle complex, perched across the renowned Chao Phraya River.Ground floor has a food court mimicking Bangkok street food. The price there was very compatible to other food courts in the malls which was surprising. You can get here by ferry, taxi and BTS. When you get off Saphan Taksin BST station, you will see two adjacent piers. which I recommend you to try so that you can sightsee the beauty of Thailand in different aspect. Words are not enough to describe this wonderful place, therefore, you should visit it once in your lifetime. Here at ICONSIAM, you can even get a free tourist card and benefit from exclusive privileges. SOOKSIAM, a themed zone fitted with an indoor floating market, is another must-visit. You can find unique souvenirs like herbal body care, handwoven textiles and aromatherapy products. Besides shopping and dining, art lovers can also appreciate the art-in-mall journey, with stellar works by over 100 Thai and international artists.
