The location of the hotel is easy to find. There are lots of free parking space outside the hotel. If you would like to park at the hotel, it is 5 euro per day. The rooftop bar is closed on Mondays to Thursdays. When it is closed, the guests have no access to the rooftop. I think such arrangement should be improved by granting access to the rooftop even when the bar is closed.

O hotel tem vistas mar mas não é primeira linha, esta num alto mas afastado. Os funcionários foram de uma maneira geral muito simpáticos. O quarto superior é pequeno, assim como o wc mas suficiente. O minibar é super silencioso, a mangueira higiénica tinha a pressão um pouco descontrolada. A sonorização para o corredor e para o exterior não é a melhor mas também não é muito má, mas dos outros quartos não ouvi qualquer ruído. O SPA a piscina é pequenina, controlam a lotação com pre reservas e as crianças pequenas só podem frequentar de manhã. O ginásio tem algumas máquinas, suficientes para trabalhar os grandes grupos musculares. O pequeno almoço é variado, a meu ver falta o típico pão alentejano, no primeiro dia os ovos mexidos tinham um aspeto muito ressequido, no segundo dia já tinham bom aspeto, acho de mau tom as 10h em ponto começarem os funcionários num alvoroço a recolher mesas e a condicionar o acesso apenas a uma parte do buffet, iniciando as limpezas e já não reponham nada. Foi uma estadia agradável.

Wir kamen spontan und buchten 60 Minuten vor Ankunft. Das Zimmer war geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Leider war der Blick in den Innenhof und dort war ein leerstehendes Gebäude und die Lüftung des Gebäudes. Es war sehr sehr laut Nachts. Ansonsten alles top. Das Frühstück war überragend.

It was about 2 years ago since we were here last. A few things have improved but the rooms we stayed this time had no airco and for Portugal room without airco in the summer I can tell you it’s terrible to sleep. The breakfast is good, the service is good everybody is really friendly and helpful but the hotel really needs an urgent renovation. Attached picture is what you look at at breakfast could for sure use an urgent tlc

The hotel is very comfortable and nice, give a resort feel! But it’s a bit rundown, for example the back of the building looking towards the pool could use a paint because it looks old and needing it badly! I also requested an iron and there isn’t one neither in the rooms not in the whole hotel! The rest is great! Indoors pool and sauna, room looks like 80s but comfortable, views and birds around are great, next to the beach. Breakfast was good

The bathroom could use more thorough cleaning, especially in removing any buildup on fixtures and seals. Addressing these details would make a noticeable difference. • Maintenance: Some minor repairs are needed. For instance, one of the door hangers was broken, and while the shower had great water pressure, the seals could benefit from a refresh. The staff here are seriously amazing; genuinely friendly, warm, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and looked after. I need to give a massive thank you to everyone: Front Desk Crew: You guys were superstars, always helpful and smiling. Seriously, everyone we met was lovely. The Drivers: So helpful getting us to the beach and shops. Thank you for the restaurant recommendations and happy conversations. My son and daughter really loved you guys. Kitchen and Restaurant Team:The food was great, and the hospitality was top-notch. It felt like everyone, no matter their role, was happy to help with anything we needed. Need info? Done. Extra towels? Here you are. Special kid meal delivered in the night? No problem. Just a friendly chat? Absolutely! Plus, the amenities are awesome!We tried to take advantage of as much as we could (that pool! the grounds! the beach nearby!), and it was all super easy to access. Honestly, it was just a really smooth, fun, and welcoming experience from start to finish. Big thumbs up from the whole family, especially the kids! We'll definitely be back when we're next near Lisbon. Highly recommend!👍 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

No entanto, os serviços deixam muito a desejar. O apartamento não dispõe de qualquer tipo de amenities, como, garrafa de água, café ou outros produtos habitualmente disponibilizados em alojamentos 4 estrelas. Apesar de ter uma máquina de café e uma máquina de lavar loiça, não havia sequer uma cápsula de café ou detergente para a loiça. Também não existia um escorredor para secar a loiça lavada à mão. Solicitei por duas vezes, tanto por telefone como presencialmente, um par de chinelos e detergente para a máquina, mas nunca chegaram a ser entregues. Cheguei mesmo a deslocar-me à receção (que fica noutra estrutura) durante a noite, onde me garantiram que seriam entregues na manhã seguinte, o que não aconteceu. Em resumo, o apartamento é amplo e bem localizado, mas a ausência total de serviços e a falta de atenção aos pedidos dos hóspedes tornam a experiência bastante desapontante. Uma pena, pois o espaço tem muito potencial.
