Khách Sạn Có Wi-Fi Tại Beirut, Li-băng

My only dissapointment was that I didn't book longer. Originally I booked two other hotels for 4 nights before moving here for my final night in Beirut. All were almost equally priced, however, the difference in standards was vast. Napoleon hotel was by far the best. The reception staff were the most professional, well-mannered, efficient and best dressed. The room was the largest by far, including the bed, and had more amenities and newer appliances. The bathroom seemed almost new and was very large, and a bonus addition was the 8th floor balcony. I have no complaints, the only less notbale features were the broken hairdryer, the water taking around 5 minutes to heat and the wifi was a little slow, however, even with these small issues, it was by far the best hotel for the price paid that I stayed at in Lebanon, and I can thoroughly recommend it to all.

The hotel staff were very nice. The room was soso. But the bathroom was dirty and they have flies and insects inside. Flying everywhere. Even though they said will get back to me but they didn't.

toilet not clean,malfunction with shower,toasted bulb,water machine for coffee did not work,the lady who holds night service at reception does not have its place.

Friendly staff , cleann rooms , the hotel near everything, my second time in this place and should repeat it one more time when i can

The location was great, everything is very close to you. It’d a simple hotel with no breakfast. But it was good. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe there and they were very kind! This is how the view looks like, outside of the hotel:

接上次點評 追加一些 離店那天早上吃完早餐，餐廳前台女士來讓我填一張問卷調查表，我對於食物的種類填了7分 表示不滿意，她讓填具體點 想吃什麼，我就寫了炒飯 炒麪。她説可以告訴他們 廚房裡給現做。這個真給我驚到了，服務確實好。不過要下次了 再多説一句 在黎巴嫩其實可以不必兑換黎巴嫩磅，因為幾乎沒地方都收美金，而且匯率比兑換點還划算 很奇怪的一點是 在黎巴嫩用優步司機經常要求在系統價格之外加價，我寧願重新打車也拒絕過，但是有時候不好打車也不得不接受加價

It was nice experience. I enjoyed the swimming pool and the facility was clean and well managed.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Helpful staff. You get what you pay for.

Thank you to Joseph and his staff - they looked after us very well and were very accommodating and made our experience at the hotel very pleasant. Accommodation was dated for our personal preference, but bed was very comfortable and we had a very good night sleep.
