This hotel is located in a walkable distance to metro stations, and shopping mall. The facility is nice with view of racecourse, top floor swimming pool, and fitness gym. I have a nice stay and experience from checkin through checkout.

It was difficult to understand what staff were saying. They always seemed impatient even when they were trying to help. It seemed like our room was not what we booked but we did not raise it with staff as it was difficult to communicate in English. Overall poor service and there are better options

Excellent location in middle of the city, the staff at check in and breakfast is very friendly . Rooms are neat and clean. Tv did not work for over 15 hours and they had to change some box. Booked for watching cricket match but didn't happen . Breakfast spread is good. Taste is also good. Easy to get transport , taxi from hotel to anywhere. Security is good and friendly. Check in and check out was smooth. Toilet is clean. The guests from other rooms were loitering and woke me at 8am due to loud noises. Couldn't stop them as they are guest but hotel should monitor security and tell them not to make so much noise.

We had a pleasant stay and were especially impressed with the hospitality. Any complaints or concerns were promptly addressed, and the staff were consistently attentive, smiling, and patient throughout our visit. The breakfast buffet was a highlight — tasty and absolutely worth it, with a special mention to the fresh fruit selection which was particularly delightful. The one area that could use improvement is the swimming pool, which needs some maintenance and better upkee

The hotel offers 5G wireless internet, which was fast and reliable—a huge plus for business travelers and digital nomads. An excellent restaurant and bar are attached to the hotel, providing both great meals and a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day. The central location makes it easy to explore Bangalore, with plenty of shopping, dining, and attractions nearby. While there was no bar fridge in the room, at just $50 AUD per night, this is a minor detail that does not take away from the outstanding value this hotel provides. I wholeheartedly recommend Narthaki Boutique Hotel for travelers looking for quality accommodation at an affordable price. 整體體驗尚可，離出差地點很近，但很容易跳電，避免搭電梯，洗澡熱水不熱且看時間供應，應該不會再去住宿了。

I have stayed there for 2 nights when visiting Bangalore. Horel is located almost near the geographical center of the city. And while it is convenient from the trainsportation side of things, there is almost nothing to see in the near vicinity, except maybe gurudwara across the street. However, offices of the several IT-companies are in 10-minutes of walk, so this accomodation may be useful for business trip. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms is impecable. Also, when I was checking in, there was a nise bonus in the form of bar and spa vouchers. Overall, I have enjoyed my stay in the property and recommend it to everyone visiting the city.
