"Nice clean hotel, spacious room, comfortable bed, everything you need. I had an issue with the radiator on the first night as it just wouldn't turn off, this was quickly sorted once I told a member of staff. On my last night I couldn't get into my room with the keycard, it was already gone midnight so I was tired and just wanted to go to sleep, It took 2 trip's to reception from the top floor before this was resolved which left me quite annoyed. On my last morning I paid for breakfast, It was a little disappointing, very basic selection on the continental side and the sausages were very poor quality and couldn't eat. There is however a Toby carvery across the road where I had breakfast the day before at a cheaper price, I would recommend going there instead"

"Brilliant hotel clean everything you need staff absolutely amazing defo stop again"

"Upon arrival I got a very warm welcome from staff and they upgraded the room that was nice it's very clean and looks modern the beds comfy TV works great and WiFi is good very warm room and slept well had the breakfast continental was a good selection staff was very polite then had the full English didn't have the works but was full would definitely stay here again it's in the middle of town and 5 mins walk away from train station so u have everything you need close by"

"The reception staff were friendly. There were easy directions for street parking. The room was basic but cozy and for the money it was good. I had use of a kitchen to make a hot drink but I could’ve brought food to cook if I wanted to. There was no free Netflix. It was in the middle of a university campus which I didn’t figure, but despite being freshers week and the students partying most of the night I was still able to sleep, despite needing the window open because the heating was on. The chocolate croissant was delicious."

"Bed very soft base has no support, one electric socket not working, shower room looks very nice but toilet gets wet as is walk in wet room , if your wife doesn’t want to wash her hair forget it no low hand shower head just fixed ceiling one ."

"My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was very spacious with a large bathroom, and the amenities were excellent. The snacks and coffee machine were a great bonus. The breakfast selection was fantastic—especially the made-to-order à la carte options, which were a pleasant surprise as this isn’t common in other hotels I’ve stayed at in the UK. We would definitely come back and stay here again."

"What a wonderful experience! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is extremely clean and tidy, and such a filling and delicious breakfast. The staff are very attentive and we appreciated their smiles!"

"My room was spotless and had the usual kettle, tea and coffee and big fluffy bath sheets overall a comfortable stay"

"WE HAD A FRIDGE The toilet sit had some soap smudge on it and initially thought is something else but if foamed when tried to clean it (I always have sanitizer with me as is only human to miss a spot and do a mistake. Didn't kill me cleaning that myself. Housekeeping job ain't easy. Bless you all. Just keep a better eye to avoid Karen type❤️) The receptionists were all friendly and happy to assist me with both check in and check out. We absolutely loved our room and the view was magnificent. The dawn was heavenly seen from our window❤️ What I loved the most was the fact that in the room we had a FRIDGE. Many hotels don't have that anymore and imagine having a room without a fridge with this heatwave going on 🥵 I will attach a photo with our beautiful view🤩 This hotel will be my top choice whenever I'll need a room around the area. Clean room, clean hallway, clean reception area. Please keep an eye for the accessible rooms. Read all description and detail before booking as they have special rooms for people with a health condition and the room will have some things at a low level to the ground. Will be your fault for not choosing the right room not the hotel's as you need to read description always. Don't take it out to the staff for your own mistake😊 Seen a lot complaining about that, as I've seen also about the rooms accessible and didn't understand the term initially, until I went through the details. After reading the details I knew exactly what room I need to book and what would not be convenient for me🙌 Bless you all and hope this review will be of help to some of you at least 😊"
