A perfect location right on the coast with cozy fireplaces to take in the view of the beautiful west coast sunset. Check in was easy, The hot tub and pool were perfect for a late afternoon dip and relax. The gift upon arrival for our 30th wedding anniversary celebration was also a nice surprise. Also surprised by the local Space X launch which was pretty cool to see

因為隔天要去長灘，想說住在這比較便宜，但周圍真的很荒涼，房間空調跟氣味我都不喜歡，不開空調會很悶，開了風一直往床上睡覺的地方吹，床睡起來也不舒服，走路19分鐘可以到一家超市Food 4 less ，還有不到五分鐘有一家Maya餐廳，看評價很好，但可惜假日沒有開！中間因為有點無聊，到了水族館去，其實來回的車程也花了快要$50的計程車費，應該一開始就住在長攤附近！服務人員雖然英文沒有非常流利，但是態度很好！

Go read about the history of the famous Utah Saloon build more than 100 years ago. This facility is operated by an Indian immigrant family and the hallways have a pleasant smell of incense. Pay attention to the shared washroom detail — each floor has one shower and washroom to share. This wasn’t an issue during my stay. The music bar and restaurant on first floor are great with some local performers. Red line train to Chinatown is right across the stress very convenient. Whole foods market also just a block away. As with a lot of SF — there are street people in tents in the neighborhood which can make some travelers anxious — but remember they are not hostile and are a problem all over the city. Overall I had a great experience in this historical hotel. it’s also useful to note they accept a variety of cards visa, MS, china Unionpay, etc.

The hotel is old and appears renovated at some point but perhaps not by contractors experienced in finish work.
Overall, nice stay because we made it a nice stay for us.
DO NOT PAY FOR THE BREAKFAST. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT.
Floors were squeaky so we heard walking until wee hours of the morning. Choose a top floor if you can.
Cleaning crews were noisy in the morning right outside our door so don't count in sleeping in pass 9:00 AM.
Toilet was loose and rocked as you sit.
Shower and sink had mold in the grout joints giving the impression of unsanitized although the smell of bleach upon arrival was quite strong.
Our window had wood rot and the crank was broken so the window could only be pushed or pulled open by the muntins.
Hotel was a bit pricey for what you get but this is a tourist destination so expect mediocre for high price.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Spyglass Inn in Pismo Beach, and it was a great experience. Nestled in a prime location, this inn offers easy access to the best of the area's natural beauty and recreational activities.
Proximity to the beach is unbeatable. Waking up to the serene views of the ocean and the calming sound of the waves was a daily highlight. The beach itself is clean and inviting, perfect for both sunbathing and very peaceful at dawn and sunset.The area boasts several scenic hiking trails. We took advantage of these and were rewarded with breathtaking views and the chance to reconnect with nature.
Food options around Spyglass Inn also added to the charm of our stay. We indulged in some local cuisine that was as delicious as it was diverse. From fresh seafood to hearty breakfasts, plus a great steak in Arroyo Grande, 5 min drive.
The inn itself provides a wonderful atmosphere to unwind. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, offering all the amenities needed for a relaxing retreat. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed, going out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay.
Overall, our weekend at the Spyglass Inn was a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a rejuvenating getaway in a picturesque setting. Whether you're an avid hiker, a beach lover, or just in need of some peaceful downtime, Spyglass Inn is an ideal choice.

The good:
- the service desk people were lovely, prompt, and very helpful.
- the daily breakfast was good - you get to make your own waffles! And the peach yoghurt! There are 3 kinds of cereals, 2 bread, bagel, muffin, fruit; there are scrambled (ish) eggs daily and either sausages or hash or bacon as the other hot option. Tea, coffee, apple and orange juice.
- the bed itself was pretty comfy
The bad:
- the pillows were lumpy. I have never felt such lumpy pillows in my life.
- the room smelled - I am unsure what of, but it was acrid/musty/ something - reminded me a bit of carpet cleaning solution maybe??
- the air conditioning turns itself auto on/off, there is no continuous air option (or maybe the button is broken?) - this meant I was oscillating between too hot and cool enough when I was sleeping, woke up sweating a few times
The unsure:
- didn't try the pool.

TTài khoản kháchEl Cordova is a historical type of hotel with lovely Spanish touches in the room I stayed in (#5) - Spanish tiles in the bathroom also a small kitchen area with a stove, microwave, and a refrigerator. I was also surprised that this room had a small living room in addition to the bedroom. Truly the hotel makes walking easy to Coronado beach as well as all of the stores and restaurants. Previous reviews noted that the Mexican restaurant can be very ”noisy” - there was some noise, however, not bad enough to keep me awake. I was surprised that the hotel did not have an elevator; several steps to get to your room. The clerk was very kind to assist me with getting my luggage in and out of the room has I have some ”issues” with one of my knees. All, in all - I liked my room and would stay there again.

My first time someone was waiting there right away, but the second time I had to exit my vehicle and call from the buzzer to no answer. I only got voicemail. Eventually got in, but I was very uncomfortable in that dark area by myself, and it took long enough for someone else to pull in behind me. I appreciated the super convenient filtered water and laundry amenities that I wish were standard everywhere. I asked for a printed receipt, but their printer was down and they assured me I’d get an email, which I haven’t. Trip.com does not seem to have registered that I completed my stay, so there is something iffy among their booking and trip.com’s ledger.

DDaofeng006房間乾淨，整潔，舒適，空間挺大，內部設施完善，一號公路途中遊玩時，挺好的休息旅館。旅館對面就是美麗的海灘，海灘上面有長長的木製步行通道，通道有多處可以直接到沙灘，礁石上的開口，沿着步行通道慢慢欣賞海景，累了隨處有面對大海的靠椅，靜靜坐着，看遠處大海。可以坐一天的。

WwanderabbitThe inn is in a safe and quiet part of town near the marina, with several major landmarks within walking distance. Reception was always friendly & helpful, even late at night. They were around to assist with finding parking lots when it got crowded. They also handled package deliveries in an organized and efficient manner. Our only complaint was the carpet in the room was perpetually cold and wet throughout our stay due to the air con leaking, and the wetness extended over half the room. We called about this but was told it's normal. However we were able to overlook this by wearing shoes in the room. Otherwise, we had a great stay here!
