The hotel is newly built with access to the mall. Hotel staffs are very accommodating. Superb breakfast buffet spread.

3D2N short stay in this hotel with two kids. Reception staff is nice and helpful, patiently explaining the hotel facilities and the malls. Special thank to staff Aurora, she is nice and kind! Location is 30-45 mins from HZM point, depending on traffic flow. Room is clean and spacious. Swimming pools, indoor and outdoor, are best for kids and the staff are also nice. The mall is under the hotel and so many options of restaurants and playrooms/game facilities available for kids. Would definitely return !

Room is large and clean, with great view. Front desk staff Olivia Ou is very helpful in answering our questions.

First time staying with Hengqin Hyatt It was such a nice experience! My friend and I were staying for one night to check out Hengqin. It was also my first time staying with Hyatt group as I am a Bonvoy member. We were very pleased to be nicely taken care of by Eli who was very attentive to our needs. Definitely will revisit it again in the near future.

This is my second time for this hotel, the room is spacious enough and the shower is nice.

Spacious lobby and room. All the facilities fits my family very well. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. amazing stay and will come back again. only down side is the mall next to the hotel with limited food and shopping options.

The hotel room is equipped with full amenities and good ambiance and their breakfast is superb. It connected to a large shopping mall which you can find lots of different types of food. Highly recommended..

We recently stayed at the Hyatt Hotel in Zhuhai for a weekend getaway with my family. The hotel’s location is superb, offering easy access to Macau. We were thoroughly impressed with the facilities and services provided. Special thanks to Kylo and Rod from the concierge team, as well as Jeni at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality greatly enhanced our experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would like to extend our gratitude to these exceptional staff members!

Hotel is new and sparkling clean. Service was good, offer late check out for me and coupon for entering the kids playground. The front desk agent Sofia was very friendly, I felt warmly welcomed. Just the location of the hotel is quite far from the city center and there are not many restaurants nearby. It’s an excellent option if you want a nice quiet place to stay.
