I stayed in the lake view room. There was a lake park right in front, and there was a shopping mall and restaurant street right next to it. There were so many delicious restaurants. Maybe because it's a weekday, I was a little disappointed that the amusement park didn't open. The room was kept clean, the breakfast was good, and everyone responded kindly. Is it because it's been a while since it opened? The amenities recently produced in the room have not been applied.

Great experience in this hotel. The staff is super kind and helpful and our room was big and bright. Highly recommended. Location wise, its okey, right by the sea with plenty of restaurants yet in the island you’ll still need to take taxi to visit certain places, no more than 10min. From the hotel if you take a bike can visit the budhas in the sea, nice place in the north corner.

Great place in an amazing location with good service

Good place, good for solo or couples stay

The hotel is in a great location near the seaside, you can easily hire a Hello Bike from outside the hotel and ride around town. The staff were very helpful and supportive, 小徐 helped us at check-out and with our Didi, but a special thanks to 小李 who went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and comfortable and always assisting with our every need. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were very spacious. The breakfast was very delicious, we were served this delicious noodle soup as well as the traditional Chinese breakfast. The staff made every arrangement to cater to our friend who is gluten intolerant, and that was very helpful indeed. We will make sure to stay here again next time we’re in the island!!

無論是海景房還是望湖房，在進房的一霎那都讓我驚艷。視野豐富，房間好大。衞生間好寬敞。唯一的遺憾是因為房間太大，晚上去洗手間有點冷。工作人員也很熱情主動。住了四天天天看到陳領班在各個樓層出現。主動問我有什麼需。要無論是 9樓還是11樓的阿姨手腳都很麻利，態度很好。希望下次我們還能再見👋👋👋

酒店位置非常好，一線海景，附近都各種餐廳，購物也特別方便，奧特萊斯就在旁邊500米左右，酒店開業時間久但是保養特別好，就像剛開業一樣，2019年陪爸媽住過一次，今年特意帶爸媽又去找到這家酒店，前台服務人員特別温柔，給於各種幫助，特別感謝晚上值班歐陽帥哥，幫忙及時解決問題，在入住期間給予各種助，早餐阿姨也特別熱情，舟山我還會再去，但一定衹選擇這家酒店，還會推薦朋友去入住，感謝酒店全體成員給我在舟山旅行途中特殊的暖意

第二次入住康橋望湖酒店，房間大，空調早就打開，室內很温暖，房間衞生好，浴室大，熱水足，清晨太陽升起，可以看看火紅的太陽，非常美麗！前台服務也好，鄭琰服務熱情，讚揚奧！

小鄭和小王在前台細緻入微的接待讓我在checkin 的時候就感覺很温馨舒適，二個美女還給我升級了房間。房間弄🉐很乾凈的，窗外可以看到公園和山，景色沒🉐説。住了多次，感覺越來越好了……

放假過來玩，定的這家酒店，太好了，鄭琰的服務很到位，很熱情，給好評，賓館的衞生很乾凈，景色很美，早餐也很好。

酒店周邊環境非常好，吃飯購物娛樂都非常方便！房間乾淨整潔，早餐豐盛，有特色的海鮮麪！前台服務也很好，特別是小王姐，讓我們有種賓至如歸的感覺！

房間很好，乾淨衞生，開窗就能看到大海俞領班非常熱情，介紹了舟山的特色美食，還有徐紅，非常專業，下次來舟山一定還會選擇康橋望湖酒店

以前經常經過這家酒店，這次來看望朋友決定試試。房間朝向不錯，不是市區夜景就是海景，停車也相對方便，早餐是很豐富的。下次來舟山應該還能來住兩天

房間一如既往的好，每年來普陀山出島都會在這住上一晚或者兩晚，經理小王也非常貼心，這次帶着一歲的寶寶過去直接給我升級了湖景房，孩子進去房間肥非常興奮，酒店的床和枕頭也是我住過最舒服的，上床秒睡哈哈哈哈，總之還會再來～
