The hotel is clean and warm. The front desk was helpful when I needed to help my son to repair his wheelchair. Recommend to stay when coming to Putuo. The location is just right opposite the pier. Make the trip easier to manage.

Very friendly and helpful reception counter services. They were very patient to answer all your questions and it was free to keep your huge luggage in the reception counter before going in to PuTuaShan. And vegetarian lunch was available in the resort hotel restaurant at CNY39 per person. I would highly recommend to spend a night here and spend at least half a day to visit the Kuan Yin Fa Jie 普陀山观音法界. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The furnishing was new and looked fresh. 2 bottles of water and basic toiletories were provided (except shaver). Less than 10m walk to Wugongshi Wharf.

Nice and calm environment, amenities are pretty new and conveniently located.

Very good service mind, and Yooler hotel is very good place to stay because it near wugongshi wharf.Their English is also good. They are friendly with foreingners.

Overall experience was good, clean, spacious, good vegetation Buffett offering during lunch time , the only comment is the wifi service coverage was not good at my room at floor 2.

早餐服務太差了。9點半結束早餐，我們9點20到的。工作人員為了能早下班吧，煎蛋煎的一塌糊塗。然後像扔一樣扔到盤子裏，到盤子裏像一坨屎一樣。 沒有充電樁，第三方合作的4個樁壞了兩個。 體驗感太差了。

定的親子房，訂之前電話諮詢前台，告知房間床為1.8米和1.5米，實際到店，房間是1.8米和1.2米。淋浴花灑是破的，酒店早餐是非酒店自營的。700多的房價，不值。

從入住到到前台💁服務非常熱情，酒店環境也是非常的不錯，然後早餐很好吃也非常的豐富，雖然是自助的問服務生點咖啡也是非常的熱情給我送來了，中餐廳菜品很多我們點了幾個味道非常的不錯，價格也很公道服務很到位。總體非常滿意下次還會選擇這裏
