This was my 2nd time to stay here. As usual, friendly staff, clean and tidy room. Most important is the reasonable price. Great location in the middle of ZhenZhou. Nice breakfast.

Last stay in this hotel for my trip. I have an awesome stay. The hospitality was great wit very friendly and helpful front desk 王铭洋. Appreciated all the hotel staff that attended me n give me a wonderful stay in zhengzhou henan China

Check in was very smooth and easy. Cici Ella on reception was fantastic and very friendly . One con is that the fitness room isn’t actually in the hotel .

Cici Michelle was helpful at the front desk and tried to communicate in English. The price is very affordable so any criticism is nit picking. Room was a touch cold and A/C didn’t heat up. Otherwise everything was fine.

We have been staying at this facility whenever we come to Zhengzhou to visit our friends and family. This time we noticed the facility was remodeled with upgraded bathroom. The breakfast is still as good as before with many varieties. The staff at the service desk is very friendly and courteous like they had been in the past. We will continue to be it’s loyal visitor for the future trips.

The good: access to pool, sauna, steam room. Staff are nice.
The not so good: room is a bit worn out, but not terrible. Noise from street is loud. The breakfast is mediocre.
Nothing was horrible.

Service was great. I want note the amazing help from Cindy and Michelle, and Cici who helped order me and wait for a taxi after my stay. Thank you so much for a nice stay.

It is a nice and conformable staying hotel for business travel or tour. The counter service staffs and nice and helpful. Breakfast is served with western and Chinese fast breakfast. Many choice and eat as you can. My lucky stay was there is a promotion price. Otherwise need to pay more.
