Zhangjiajie cloud creek zen hotel (railway station the tianmen mountain cableway)

It’s very good location near tainmenshan cable station. You can walk about 5 minutes. It’s clean room but quite hard to find because It’s on the 5th floor.

Location - very convenient location, the entrance to the “Tienmen” cable car line A is right behind the hotel, 10 minutes by taxi to the site “72 strange buildings”, variety of restaurants around, McDonald’s, park and riverside not far away. 15-20 minutes from Zhangjiajie West railway station. The hotel itself is located on the 4th and 5th floors of the building, the reception is on the 4th floor. Might be tricky to find for the first time. No noise from outside, quiet area. Service and Amenities - very nice reception management, they picked me up from the railway station on time, washed my laundry and brought it to me dry, asked if I needed to clean my room every day of my staying there. They also let me keep my luggage for the day at the reception after my check out. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in sufficient quantity, all sockets work, two types of slippers (disposable and rubber). Although it’s quiet area, they anyway provide ear plugs. Free bag of delicious local tea and tea set in the room. The only thing I wish they had it’s razors. Cleanliness - room was looking exactly like on the pictures, bedsheets are clean and smell fresh, no annoying smells in the room too. Walls are clean, maybe with a little scratches, but not critical. I had no smoking room, and room wasn’t smelling like smoke at all (sounds weird to describe this, but sometimes room still smells like cigarettes despite being “non smoking”)

It's very good place. I think it's nearest hotel in Tianmen mountain. Service and cleaning were very good. We asked what we did not know everythings. They replied every questions.

The hotel was hard to find as it was in another building on another floor - there are no signs - you need to go through a travel agency to get to the lifts. Room itself looked like the pictures but it was somehow really dusty even though we only stayed 2 nights. Heater was also warm which was great! They also did not have an extra room key for us and had to always go to the reception when the family split up to explore the area. The hotel was very close to a hypermart, local food and the cableway which is 10/10 for convenience!

We had a lovely time there. It was a bit difficult to find, but just go to the forth floor of the building you see on the map. The team was very helpful and kind with enough English to get by

The good thing is its location right next to the cable car station. The facility is not well kept. Noisy elevator, broken bathroom sliding doors, (rented 4 rooms ). Stained shower glass, floortiles. We were supposed to be entitled to free airport transfer and late check out according to Trip’s confirmation. Did not request airport transfer, only ask for late check out. Hotel was reluctant to honour the offer, saying the hotel is fully booked. After much talk with our local guide, the hotel gave in to 1 room for late check out at 2 pm. In such case, it is better to eliminate this offer so there would be no misunderstanding.

The Staff is very kind. room condition was cozy and clean. Strongly recommend to stay this hotel if you will go to Tianmen Mountin.

Amazing Resort with the perfect location to enter the West Gate of the park, closer to all the beautiful scenic spots. Even with little Chinese from our side and little English from the hotel, communication was easy. Perfect service, perfect location, super comfy beds and the pool is a beautiful. We were picked up from the train station and helped with buying the tickets and shuttle service to the park entrance, which you can really walk. Really nice hosts who deserve the name host!

非常好的酒店，前台小姐姐很熱情，有問必答，很喜歡。離天門山入口非常近，無論是A線B線，走路都衹有5分鐘，吃東西也方便。還有接站服務。非常推薦。
