We had a great stay at this hotel! It’s just a few minutes drive from the entrance gate to Tianmen Mountain and the airport, making it very convenient. The owner is approachable and speaks English. Our room was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a Chinese style, and I particularly enjoyed their noodles. Although it was cloudy during our visit, I can imagine the views of the sunsets and mountains would be stunning on a clear day. Overall, a lovely place to stay!

Very clean with great staff and good attitude, Very helpful with any need we had. The location is great, outside of the city center but still very close to anything we needed or wanted to visit. Recommend a lot!

Very very very good stay! We liked the room, it’s very beautiful, stylish and cozy. The bathtub is great, the swimming pool is also sooo great after the day in the mountains. We liked the breakfast, it was Chinese cuisine but we had different options and it’s also very nice and delicious . The staff is amazing, many thanks to the hotel manager, he is very friendly and polite! We’ll definitely come back 😉☺️😇

This hotel has got a swimming pool which is a very pleasant way to relax after a long day of treck. But this is one of the less important advantage. The rooms are nice and originally furnished. The owners are just greats, very caring, ready to help. Have you ever heard owners ready to use their own vehicle to bring you to the airport ? Well they did ! I wouldn't have strong enough words to say how we appreciated the service. Thank you !

Love this little 4 floor boutique hotel. It's family run, but totally professional. It's in a gated housing community -- very close to downtown, but away from the noise. Nice deco - raw wood, stone, tasteful lighting. Boss was super friendly and helpful, speaks English, gave me rides to airport and up to TianmenShan - which is very close to the hotel. I'll be back!

Our stay was mostly for being in Zhangjiajie city and visiting the Tianmen mountain. I choose this hostel because of customer rate on the app, swimming pool and room. I took the largest room at the top floor. It was nice and spacy, but we saw the other rooms and I can tell all looks good. If I have to choose again, I might choose a cheaper one. The pool was suffering of heat and not super clean when we arrived, but the owner understood very fast and changed all the water that was very clean the next day. The attention of the owner to all our needs was very friendly, helpful and nice. And he speaks English. Breakfast is Chinese style, but the cook can adapt and serve you what you desire. The position of the hotel is not central, but in a quiet place and close access to Tianmen mountain. I still think it’s the best option in Zhangjiajie.

房間非常漂亮 景觀非常開揚 最重要是 打掃乾淨衛生 地段較為寧靜 但亦在市中心 交通打車非常方便 老闆管家 亦非常體貼 下次再來張家界 必定首選 一定再來

民宿環境很舒服，房間很漂亮，躺着可以看到飛機，寶寶很喜歡。民宿老闆很親切，寶寶很喜歡老闆叔叔阿姨。早餐也豐富多樣，適合中國寶寶體質的中式早餐。總之，住的很舒服，下次去還住這個民宿。

坐落天門山景區附近別墅區的獨棟民宿，凌晨到的有老闆和前台小弟接待，入住特別做了情人節佈置，老闆很重視客人需求這點非常不錯，而且很用心，房間衞生再加強些就非常滿意了！滿分十分給個 九分，繼續加油！

住宿體驗非常好，老闆娘來接的機，並且給升級了房型！ 住宿環境特別好，背後靠山，都是花鳥香！ 早餐米粉給的肉特別多，雖然是家常早餐 但是很温馨！ 並且距離各種景點打車都很便宜！以後如果還來張家界，還會訂這家！

我們晚上10點多飛機到，店主特地開車親自接待，對旅遊路線提出了很多很好的建議，民宿很有品味 特別乾淨，尤其是早餐味道超好有回家的感覺。完全可以和我們這次回國去蘇杭上海的五星酒店媲美，非常值得推薦！
