It was ok! The room was big and comfortable, in a good location (the town is pretty small anyways). But I would have expected some cleaning in the room, since we stayed for several days and from the third day the bin started to be full.

My friend and I had separate rooms and stayed for three nights. The location is great and there is a restaurant downstairs, you are also allowed to order food to your room so this was all great. I do think the hotel could improve on a few things - the room was not cleaned at all during our stay and on the second day when we requested it to be cleaned, only our bins were emptied but beds weren’t made/towels weren’t changed/water and toilet paper wasn’t restocked etc so it seems it was simply emptying the trash. Under the beds was very dusty, so the rooms could probably do with a deep clean as well. Overall it was fine, but I have paid a similar price for a better experience so it could be improved.

Friendly lady owner. even allowed us to checked in at 8am. near to food streets. Big spacious room. recommended.

Water wasn't free here although the boss was very good and helpled us in deciding where to visit, it is extremely close to national forest park, would suggest

Very very big and nice room. 12 min walk from wulingyuan Bus station and 20min walk from Zhangjiajie east enterance tickets. Night Food street is just at the back of hotel.

In most countries the term „boutique hotel“ refers to something that’s extraordinary and exquisite. We didn’t expect that when we booked, but the rooms looked cozy and comfortable on the photos. However, our stay there wasn’t very pleasant. The reception and the stairs were a bit messy, the elevator dirty. The rooms were not very tidy as well, so we didn’t feel very comfortable. The bathroom looks like it’s still under construction and has never been finished. I know that it’s not a very expensive hotel and we can’t expect something premium for the price, but at the same time it’s not cheap either, and in the same price range most hotels here in China are much much better. On our trip this was one of the worst hotels unfortunately.

Owners are friendly and helpful but the cleanliness needs improvement.

Madame was very kind and helped us book ticket of attraction. Cleanliness was not good. After taking shower one time, room was wetting.

我還要再説一點，頭一天我們凌晨到的，淋浴頭水很大，多少還是慰藉，這算是唯一的優點了。 好傢伙，結果到了第二天，八九點洗澡，估計多人在洗澡，洗澡水基本是冷的。真是太氣人，價格不算便宜，環境臟亂差，還沒熱水，攜程頁面上説的設施（好像是烘乾機）也沒有，差評！！！句句屬實！！！

工作人員（譚）友善有禮。 入住程序順暢。酒店房間乾淨整潔，設施簡潔設備齊全，酒店還有洗衣房非常方便，周邊還有商場逛街，晚上有夜市吃夜宵，推薦給需要的朋友。

前台小姐姐很熱情，出行前沒有做什麼行程規劃，她們還特意給我做了一個詳細的行程計劃，全程很省心，還有她們家的餐廳，味道很不錯，很合我們胃口，份量也很足，一共3天，2天都是在她家吃的，性價比高又實惠，總得來説這才張家界之旅非常滿意，希望店家越做越好，推薦推薦！！！

地理位置很好，就在鬧市區，飯店很密集。旁邊就有江水，可以帶孩子玩，很滿意。酒店服務可以。唯一不足，兩張床中間的榻榻米木板上有小蟲子屍體，和灰塵屑屑，有待改進。

Пришел к отелю, а он закрыт на замок... Через переводчика удалось попросить помощи у женщины , которая работает в магазине рядом. Созвонились с хозяином отеля. Пришла девушка через 15 минут. Сказала, что в этом отеле плохо пахнет, и предложила другой. В другом было все хорошо, только очень сильно холодно, начало декабря, отопления нет. В целом если бы не это все, то отелю можно поставить 5 баллов.
