Good location , we can walk to Tianmen Mountian Cable car station about 10 minutes. The theme of hotel is so cute, it’s Orange Theme. I love it. The staff is friendly.

I really enjoyed my 3-night stay there. The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The front desk staff, especially the welcoming gentleman I met upon arrival, was very friendly. While the staff didn’t speak English, they made an effort to understand me, and I was able to communicate using a translator. The hotel also offers free laundry facilities on the second floor and complimentary coffee in the lobby. The hotel room was spotless. If I have the chance to return, this would definitely be my first choice. The only downside was a slight smell of smoke in the elevator and lobby area.

Very convenient location to travel up Tianmen Mt , hiking trails round the national forest. Various routes to go up via alternative transport like ropeway, chairlifts, escalator, elevator, mountain buses. Free entry for seniors while paying only transportation within mountain ranges. Helpful hotel staff and travel counter nearby. New Orange hotel setup and laundry room available 24 hrs. Good wholesome breakfast that provide energy to start our adventures uphill. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - thumbs 👍

Very nice hotel with good location. Love the orange theme & smell of the place/amenities. The room layout was great with small little details like sensor light and a large hook for towel in the bathroom. There was even free coffee provided at lobby. Overall a nice comfy stay.

Near to the Tianmen Cable car entrance. But early in the morning and hear the neighbour building playing music when they were exercising. Planes flying at times also.

Everything is great! However the location of the hotel maybe further from city center, but only 600m to cable car.

This hotel is super new and fresh. The rooms, including toilets, are huge and everything is orange-themed (even the shampoo and soap had orange scent) which was pretty cool. My family and relatives of 20+ pax loved this hotel and would definitely recommend to others! 😃 Do note there are multiple branches of this hotel and not set the wrong branch in GPS.

New hotel that is clean and bright. Smell of citrus. Near tianmenshan. Easy to call didi. But take note drivers tend not to drive into the “car park” which is the front of the hotel.

Excellent rooms, really great style throughout the hotel. Super clean and great laundry room free of charge. The 2 robots are nice. 小杨 is super nice at the front desk
